Abouslutely amazing atmosphere. Good for family's and friends. Free to play pacman machines, I also got a free keyring which also works in trolleys. My favourite course was the Putt-man or the skee-ball. Nice service aswell. Super good 👍

Went with a group of friends and absolutely loved it! Free Pac-Man whilst waiting for our slot, and then the most fun and interesting crazy golf I’ve ever played, really clever designs that kept the score fun. Top music too, felt like I was in Stranger Things 80’s vibe the whole time!

We went as a family of four on new year's Eve morning and was really impressed by the level of decor and attention to detail! The room that you actually play in is any 80s fan's dream come true! We found the four year old lost interest really quickly but my eight year old loved it! The courses are quite hard! Drinks served all 80s themed. I have a couple friends that I know would just love it there too. Would highly recommend and thanks for having us ✨

We had such a fab time here. With 3 children of varying ages from 8 to 19 it was something we could enjoy as a whole family. Loved the neon and the retro style. Staff were friendly and it had a great atmosphere. Recommend for a date night or a family fun activity

Very welcoming to roaming golfers for pay play. Others members very pleasant and jolly. Coarse was very challenging with some long holes often obscured with many obstacles to avoid. Take some spare balls for good measure. Not a hilly layout but not flat a good blend. Greens all in perfect condition. Signage sometimes lacking so look further for the wayfinding and it’s a little intuitive. Check the layout before you go. Recommended!

A top 100 club. We played after a very wet week in November 2022 and the course was in good shape. There are some very beautiful and dramatic holes. Few phone cameras will ever do justice to some of the spectacular views. As a course it is interesting and engaging and its 6000 yards will feel very much longer. Great pro shop. Nice bar and a beautiful club house. Our society was very well looked after by the staff. If you get a chance to order the steak and ale pies do not pass them up.

Challenging course, ready to catch the unprepared with some unforgiving heather
Rating: 5 / 5
We played on the day after there championship greens were fast flags in tricky places but great to play very friendly reception from staff would be great to play again and avoid the heather

Rating: 4.7 (77) Price Level:
My first trip to Wildernesse and a truly memorable one. A quite beautiful and challenging parkland course with superb greens and clever bunkering. The green staff do a first rate job in presentation. The clubhouse and facilities are first rate and the staff are both friendly and efficient.
Rating: 5 / 5
Golfers, this is a must play track if you're in the area. Really exquisite holes and extremely well kept. Just a treat. Our group of 12 low single figure golfers all said "would definitely come back again!' Hospitality was good and breakfast was lovely. No faults at all. Thank you Wildernesse!

Lovely tree lined golf course. Very challenging but a delight to play.

Beautiful location, very clean, attention to details. Nice food, friendly staff
Rating: 5 / 5
Helpful, friendly staff. Great pro-shop and the course was excellent and very well maintained. Modern and clean changing rooms. I can also highly recommend the lunch I had there. Expensive, but well worth the outlay. Improvements? Not really, except I would have liked to have seen a map detailing the holes on the score card.

Fantastic golf course, amazing condition the course really is amazing. Definitely a players course. Long drives won't get you very far. You need to plot your way around and place the ball for the second more important shot. Lots of doglegs, course management is a must. Greens are fast and slopey. Really well worth the trip to test your game, some holes are forgiving of the tee but equally some are punishing. Some beautiful scenery to be seen and fantastic wildlife. Played in a work society which I won ;) can't wait to get back in the summer. Staff are extremely friendly and professional. Range isn't the best but overall it's really nice golf course. Definitely returning.

A great but tough golf course very positional well maintained with good greens
Rating: 5 / 5
Great course in great condition, be careful of the slopes on the greens. Generous fairways with plenty of doglegs. Well stocked pro shop for all those impulse buys to remember the day
Rating: 4 / 5
A beautiful looking course Fairways not much run as still being protected because of awful weather Happily we we were spared that Greens tricky as ever But for a 24 handicap highlight was a gross par on SI1 Well worth a visit
Rating: 4 / 5
Called the day before and got a tee time the next day at 10am on a Thursday. Quite hilly so took a buggy - would be good to invest in some tech with GPS screens in the buggies or at least a course map but no big deal. Fairways were really well maintained, Greens varied in terms of speed quite significantly but again all well maintained. One of the nicest courses I've played in a long time.

Lovely 9 hole course in good condition, pretty, tight and testing. My advice, best rounds have been when driver stays in the bag. Good facilities with driving range, putting green, nets and short game practice area.
Rating: 5 / 5
Great 9 hole loop, short but testing, par the 3rd and 4th if you can ;-)
Rating: 5 / 5
The only golf course dry enough to play in the current wet weather. £18 a round week rate. Choice of front 9 or back 9 with shared greens but different tees. Excellent choice of beers in the club bar and even a grandfather clock that is wound and working, telling the correct time. Highly recommended.
Rating: 5 / 5
Lovely course, I came here to play as a one off a few weeks ago and joined a day later. Really friendly & welcoming members, great food and the course is immaculately maintained. A lot of challenging but very fun holes, the 4th in particular is a stunner. Best course I've played in ages and certainly the best 9 hole course in the South East. Highly recommended.
Rating: 5 / 5
Just played 9 holes here. Impressed with the overall condition of the greens being March. It’s a tricky 9 holes that will humble you the 1st time you play it. Good price and friendly staff too.

Cracking golf course in excellent condition especially for the time of year.... Everything about chart Hills is great from the service you recieve as soon as you arrive to the practice facilities and the tough golf course! We also stayed in the newly created barn accommodation which is excellent. Really nice sized rooms with a communal area to sit have a chat and a few after round beers... Would highly recommend a stay at chart Hills. Oh and an excellent breakfast is thrown in for your stay.

The course is currently in very good condition and all the greens are beautifully maintained and in first class playing condition. For weekdays the green fee is £18 for 9 holes with only a further £4 if you want to play 18 holes. This is the same course but with different tees and separate greens. The final icing on the cake is a very personable and friendly lady behind the bar. Played a charity match here last Sunday, 21 September in aid of Hospice in the Weald; over £1,000 raised. Course and greens still first class and excellent keg beer as well!
Rating: 4 / 5
Nice course that drains well. In a nice setting. If you do 18, there is a bit of variety from first time around the 9. No bunkers but a bit of water. Friendly staff.

Lovely 18 hole course, good variety of holes, some over little valley, a few with water, elevated tees etc Great driving range with top tracer. Thoroughly enjoyable round with a smart welcoming clubhouse at the end.
Rating: 5 / 5
Played a reciprocal round today at Sweetwoods. A fabulous track in great condition. Very different to downland/coastal golf but hugely enjoyable. Highly recommended.
Rating: 4 / 5
A really lovely challenging course that I would highly recommend. Though the first tee is really high up! Also the first few holes the road leading to the club house meanders through them, so beware of cars. Apart from that, what a lovely picturesque course with some really good challenges. If you don't like hills, then this isn't for you but it's worth the effort. Course is well kept with only one temporary tee near the end. I'm hoping to go again soon and may try and do a society day there next year. Just a note that the postcode given on their website sends you to some dead end not far from Holtye Golf Club. All four of us made this mistake!
Rating: 5 / 5
Great course and friendly club house. The new driving range is excellent and open to the public. Green fees for a visitor is £45 to £95 so a little steep, fore at least.

Rating: 4.6 (139) Price Level:
Played today in 30+ degree heat and really enjoyed myself. 2nd time I've played the course and love the layout. The only issue I have is that the spaces in the car park are way too small, meaning A LOT of people park over the line or just take up 2 spaces deliberately because your physically can't get in and out of your car.
Rating: 4 / 5
I played at the Nevill on Thursday 1st June ‘23. First time visit for me, 2nd time for the society I was with. An excellent course in really good condition, the greens did look a bit patchy, but played smooth and slick. Some bunkers were like a sand veneer over concrete though, so best not to go in them! Annoyingly, the half way house closed just as my group got to it and this was around 2pm. I was looking forward to a chilled drink too and couldn’t understand why it would close when the course still had quite a few players out on it. This is why I gave it 4 stars otherwise it would have been 5.
Rating: 5 / 5
Fantastic course great condition fair with superb greens & excellent coffee to boot
Rating: 5 / 5
Course can be tricky. Long carries to some fairways. Lots of undulations and uneven fairways. I only went in one bunker, but it had good, raked sand in it. Beware the water though. Some do have sturdy ball retrievers by then. Not keen on having to walk down a twisting coyntry road to get to and from a couple of the holes though. Coming back about 5 vehicles passed me. Quite hilly in places. There on an away day with meal afterwards. The food was excellent as was the service. As a group of 40 ladies the facilities were a bit on the small side, but I think the same could be said about most clubs and under normal circumstances would be fine.
Rating: 4 / 5
A modern club house and pro shop with very friendly staff set a great first impression. The small, fast greens are difficult to read and I feel are the jewel in this nicely laid out course's crown. The range offers free balls which is quite something these days, albeit the range itself is slightly awkwardly situated, requiring a walk down the first hole to access it. A great little halfway hut with an excellent homemade selection is a must-stop and most players seem to do so, with no impact on the flow of play. Excellent value for money as a member's guest.
