I have always found Nick to be engaging and interested in whatever issue I have taken to him to fix. The lessons are delivered using Trackman analysis which is extremely helpful in understanding what is happening during the swing. My overall game has improved with Nick as my coach and I will continue to book lessons with him to continue with the improvements.
Rating: 5 / 5
Highly Recommended: I've been seeing Nick for approximately 4 months and I'm seeing an obvious improvement in my game having recently come runner up in the January stableford comp at Chart Hills. Nick uses all the latest technology including track man and video. On top of this after your lesson Nick will put together a presentation along with commentary and email you a link so you can see the swings you have made along with where you need to improve. The presentation also includes detailed statistical information. Nick's commentary is also sharp and informative as he recaps your lesson. Aside from the technology Nick is extremely knowledgeable and informative regarding the golf swing and we have managed to spot some flaws that have been missed by previous coaches. As a result we are looking to work on these and we are close to getting the handicap down to the target of 8 or better.
Rating: 5 / 5
I can't say enough about Nick Olson as a coach. I started about 10 weeks ago and couldn't even hit a ball with a club. 10 weeks on and I've gone from not being able to hit a golf ball to being able to play on the Chart Hills golf course. As a lady player Nick is quick at making you feel at ease and making the golf swing a simple process. He uses Trackman technology to demonstrate your progress and emails post coaching videos with commentary to aid your understanding and development. Nick is definitely worth retaining as your coach.

Nick is a great instructor and after just one lesson my game improved. After just 5 lessons I managed to break 100 (which seemed impossible before my lessons) and am now actually enjoying playing golf!
Rating: 5 / 5
Nick has been my golf coach for over 5 years and I admire his professionalism and technical expertise. He uses an impressive range of coaching methods, from the latest technology support to expert personalised insights to maximise pupil benefit. Working with Nick on an annualised goal orientated programme has transformed my understanding of the golf swing and enhanced my enjoyment of the game as both a player and spectator.

Brilliant course in excellent condition. We played mid May on an unusually dry day.
Rating: 5 / 5
Cracking golf course in excellent condition especially for the time of year.... Everything about chart Hills is great from the service you recieve as soon as you arrive to the practice facilities and the tough golf course! We also stayed in the newly created barn accommodation which is excellent. Really nice sized rooms with a communal area to sit have a chat and a few after round beers... Would highly recommend a stay at chart Hills. Oh and an excellent breakfast is thrown in for your stay.

Played the course for the first time yesterday. The course was in wonderful condition with some difficult pin positions. Really enjoyed the course, and would certainly recommend it. I will certainly will be back again. Staff in Pro's shop were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good value for money, and again the staff there were again friendly and helpful š

Lovely course thatās challenging but forgiving too. Can get windy due to being by the coast but just adds another dimension. Great clubhouse too with good food and friendly staff and Jake is a brilliant pro. Very welcoming family feel. Good range tracker too thatās been done up recently so club always spending money and improving the course and facilities

Great and maturing course. Top tracer range is fun for kids and adults.
Rating: 5 / 5
Course was in fantastic condition. Greens were fast! Lovely scenery on every hole. A real challenge. Always love a round here
Rating: 4 / 5
We visited during March of 2024 - which has felt like the wettest March EVER! But the course was playable, albeit with a couple of holes due to waterlogging and we enjoyed it. The clubhouse was buzzing and the all day breakfasts were very, very good

Fantastic golf course, amazing condition the course really is amazing. Definitely a players course. Long drives won't get you very far. You need to plot your way around and place the ball for the second more important shot. Lots of doglegs, course management is a must. Greens are fast and slopey. Really well worth the trip to test your game, some holes are forgiving of the tee but equally some are punishing. Some beautiful scenery to be seen and fantastic wildlife. Played in a work society which I won ;) can't wait to get back in the summer. Staff are extremely friendly and professional. Range isn't the best but overall it's really nice golf course. Definitely returning.
Rating: 5 / 5
A great but tough golf course very positional well maintained with good greens
Rating: 5 / 5
Great course in great condition, be careful of the slopes on the greens. Generous fairways with plenty of doglegs. Well stocked pro shop for all those impulse buys to remember the day
Rating: 4 / 5
Called the day before and got a tee time the next day at 10am on a Thursday. Quite hilly so took a buggy - would be good to invest in some tech with GPS screens in the buggies or at least a course map but no big deal. Fairways were really well maintained, Greens varied in terms of speed quite significantly but again all well maintained. One of the nicest courses I've played in a long time.
Rating: 4 / 5
A beautiful looking course Fairways not much run as still being protected because of awful weather Happily we we were spared that Greens tricky as ever But for a 24 handicap highlight was a gross par on SI1 Well worth a visit

Lovely place. 3 courses to choose from, a driving range and putting greens to practice on. The pro shop is nicely stocked as is the 19th. Great facilities. The academy course is perfect for beginers
Rating: 5 / 5
Great day of golf on the Leas course, we could walk and play at our tempo and enjoyed the brilliant October weather. Nice welcome and sandwich in the clubhouse. Greens were the fastest we have ever played and the course was in top condition
Rating: 5 / 5
No complaints. Played both courses and for my level of skill the grounds were just right. I would love to see some hole maps on the score cards.

Rating: 5 / 5
Great place to hit a few balls on the driving range at a decent price of Ā£5 for 50 or Ā£7 for 75. Have yet to try a full round but its a beautiful part of the country so Im sure it will be good. The clubhouse is immaculately clean the new crazy golf course looks very tempting.
Rating: 4 / 5
Played here today in a match and it was in pretty good condition with just a few soggy ections. Greens ok and receptive. All bunkers in play too. Great ham, egg and chips lunch!
Rating: 5 / 5
Great fun for all the family. Very clean , very well maintain. Good value for money. Putters especially made for little one and adults.
Rating: 5 / 5
I haven't played a round yet or been on the driving range, but I have been in the club house. (Played the adventure golf). Amazing. Great selection of food and drinks. We had the American burger, which was, dare I say it, the best burger I have had in years (comes with chips) and the kids' burger. The kids' burger was very nice and big too. Comes with chips and peas or beans. It was far too much for my son, so we took the rest of the burger home. I couldn't fault the service either. Very friendly, welcoming, and with a smile. The place was full of people, and the almosphere was buzzing. Need I say more. Only been once, loved It, and will be going back.

Great 27 hole golf course & Hotel. Group of 12 of us spent 2 days / 1 night here (Sunday/Monday).Friendly helpful staff, Food was excellent / rooms clean & comfortable. Also little things make it ...Ie:- free bucket of balls to practise each day & free course guide. Good selection of beers & wines. Taking all of above excellent value for money.

Stunning place to play golf. Course was in very good condition for the final day of October. As itās links it drains incredibly well. Played on consecutive days, the first had benign conditions and glorious sun, the second was true links golf with very strong winds. Some very challenging holes but well worth a visit. We did 2Ć18 holes, breakfast dinner and one night accommodation for just over Ā£200. Brilliant value
Rating: 5 / 5
I have been to this golf club many times and it has never failed to impress. The pro shop and bookings team have always been very helpful. The 3 courses are pure, greens roll fast and a lovely setting. Rounds in the wind are awesome but can be very challenging. So sometimes very difficult for a chopper like myself. I always have the best time going to Princes and am excited to return. A must play golf course.
Rating: 5 / 5
A prestigious links course and one of the 100 best in England. The course is unobstructed, spacious and pleasant. We played Dunes and Himalayas, both after heavy rain, but the grounds were not too badly damaged (although there were puddles in places). They were well maintained and the greens were fast. It was very challenging, but I would like to stay and play in the summer next timeš„° At the end, you enter a toll road, but you can go straight through on the way there. If you see a staff on the way back, just declare that you played golf at Prince's and you can pass through for free.

I have really enjoyed shooting weddings and events at Westerham Golf Club. The Clubhouse hosts their ceremony room on the first floor, overlooking the rolling fairways and lake, and is a beautiful room offering plenty of natural light for photographs. There is plenty of outside space for group photos, candid documentary photography and couple portraits. The staff are always extremely helpful and professional.
Rating: 4 / 5
Beautifully prepared course, not too punishing for the higher handicap golfer. š
Rating: 5 / 5
There are moderate ups and downs and some challenging holes with bunkers and lakes, but the overall outlook is good and the ground was in very good condition despite the rain the day before. Beautiful scenery and a pleasant place to play golf. I would like to come back againš„°
Rating: 5 / 5
Really decent golf course and great price after 3 pm for visitors. Itās been a while since I saw water hazards at a English golf course. Greens are soft and well maintained. Can be hilly in some parts so a buggy is recommended (Ā£25) as it can get busy even on a Tuesday afternoon!! Friendly bar service at the end

Faversham Golf Club
Belmont Park, Throwley Rd, Faversham ME13 0HB, UK | Sports Club P: 01795 890561
Rating: 4.7 (138) Price Level:
Great course, some very challenging holes and some really great little par 3s. The 16th is a particular highlight. Really well maintained. It was a bit wet and windy when I was there so the sand traps were quite firm (luckily for me) and the greens a little soft. But that is not the green keeper fault. Looking forward to going back on a sunnier day. Had a pint and a sandwich in the clubhouse after our round. Nice selection of beers and sandwiches. All the staff, from the chap in the pro shop, to the greens staff, and the bar staff were friendly and helpful. Really nice place all round.
Rating: 5 / 5
Excellent I had the pleasure of playing at Faversham Golf Club a few months ago, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The course was in fantastic condition, offering a great challenge while still being enjoyable for players of all levels. The layout is both picturesque and well-maintained, showcasing the beauty of the area.

My Family played a 4 ball this afternoon after winning it in a charity raffle. Course was in great condition. Greens were true and firm. We got round easily in under 4 hours, even after hunting for a few balls. Pro shop staff were very friendly. No food available mid afternoon after the round (it was a Wednesday). Half way house had sausage rolls, chocolate and ice creams. All in all, very pleasant.
Rating: 4 / 5
Society day at Faversham golf club, plenty of parking and nicely laid out. Nice putting and chipping areas. Couple nets to warm up your swing. Decent coffee and bacon bap on arrival. Tees are decent. Most fairways are tree lined. With some pretty holes. Course is cut through a valley, so you get a few uneven lies. Greens were fast and challenging. On completion, we had burger and chips served hot and fresh. Decent beer. All in all, a good days golf.
Rating: 4 / 5
An undulating and challenging but well looked after parkland/heathland golf course. Although I find it bizarre that the red tees are often placed the same as or even a bit farther than the yellow ones. Accommodating pro shop staff and friendly golf course members too. Enjoyable round!

Tenterden Golf Club

Rating: 4.5 (105) Price Level:
Had a lovely day playing golf at Tenterden Golf Club. Such a lovely picturesque course and very peaceful. Not too busy as we had a 12.30 tee time. Staff in pro shop and bar friendly and helpful. Quite a challenging course in parts, with a few uphill fairways and greens. We had a buggy which was petrol driven, something we had not encountered before and it was the only thing that spoilt the experience as it was noisy and also very jerky to drive. We were told that they are due for replacement soon so perhaps next time it will be a smoother experience. I would have rated the club 5 stars if it wasn't for the buggy.
Rating: 4 / 5
Nice course with a good variety of holes and well presented... Although by no means 'long' - we have invited guests from far more 'prestigious' golf clubs and all have been complimentary and, somewhat, surprised at how difficult it is to score well.
Rating: 4 / 5
Beautiful course, very challenging in places, good range available. Refreshments are a bit hit and miss. No food really available apart from the odd sausage roll so if you come off the course wanting food there isnāt usually any around.
Rating: 5 / 5
Only did s few holes on the practice greens and a few balls on the driving range. Good range for drills and coaching as the bays are a good size. It's fairly quiet also so no issues getting on through the day. The is a good sized area of hard standing for parking close to the bays.
Rating: 5 / 5
Lovely course with some surprisingly challenging holes Friendly staff working the bar for post round drinks and grabbing a bite to eat.
