Took my poorly dog to the vets. They have been sooo helpful and patient about the whole process, medication and post op care. I dealt with a wonderful lady at the reception (called Jenny), she is one of the most pleasant and happy people you would ever come across in a veterinary clinic and she will make your day :) We dealt with vets Vicky and Philip and both have been amazing. Vicky has been following up with her care of our dog (he was in a cone for over a month). I was very worried in the beginning, but there was no fuss with the vets completing the insurance paperwork, so its been a smooth journey. My dog is all recovered now, thanks to everyone at Culverden Vets :) If you are looking for reliable Vets, i would highly recommend this place.

I have been using this veterinary practice for many years. I wouldn't trust my dogs with anyone else. The advice and treatment are always considered and thorough. The staff are polite and well organised and helpful with any enquiries.

Always a good experience with welcoming staff and kind vets. My dog is pleased when she sees where she's going and knows there will be a tasty treat after treatment (she's mainly Labrador so no surprise)

I want to say a heartfelt thank you to Matt Wilkinson from Culverden Vets in Wadhurst. Last week, we faced the heart-breaking decision to put our beautiful cat, Biscuit, to sleep. We are deeply grateful to Matt for being so calm and empathetic towards us during such a distressing time. This was the first time my husband and I had ever had to make this difficult decision, and Matt talked us through each stage with great care and understanding. Thank you for making a terrible time that bit better for two heartbroken people.

Very professional, from counter staff to the vet that did attend to my young dog. I very pleasant experience for me as well. The only downside was the lack of buses.....but it not there fault !!!! Car next time as parking available, but as first time I was unsure. A good selection of treats & toys leashes at very good prices 🙂🙂🙂

Friendly, independently owned practice. Reception staff are efficient and wecoming and the vets are thorough and don't rush you. Bonus is parking!

First time there. My pomeranian had kennel cough vaccination. Very welcoming staff, vet too. So glad we registered there now.

An amazing independent veterinary practice offering the absolute best in professional care. Today huge thanks to vet Tom for his professionalism and skill in spotting a problem with my elderly cocker and for his care in her final hours. Special thanks to nurse Will for helping so much. This is a wonderful team and we are so lucky to have them. A bad day made so much easier by their care.

First visit with Whimpy Westie for booster. Very clean premises, staff friendly and welcoming, efficient and helpful. Ted impressed with attention and treats and didn't notice injection going in. Fees clearly displayed on website where appointments can be booked.

Has been great bringing my puppy to Blackberry, they've made her happy to visit the vets, suggested we bring her when she doesn't need it so she gets used to it not being scary. reception staff give her a fuss and a treat if they're free.

I cannot recommend this vets enough. They were recommended to me back in 2010 when we had our first rescue staffie called Annie who loved going to Blackberry vets. Sadly she passed so we have adopted another rescue who isn’t so keen to visit Blackberry due to her anxiety so we are going to book some socialiation visits.

We have been using Pattenden Vets since they opened but have spent a LOT of time there since 2nd August with 2 poorly cats. I cannot recommend Rob the vet enough and am so grateful to him for all the care we have received. Said a very hard goodbye to my 15 year old cat this morning and wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to take care of him. All reception staff have always been so lovely too and me, Thomas & Freddie are very grateful to you all. Thank you x

What can I say about Patrenden, they gave my two girls a new lease on life. After being failed by our previous vets, Polly saw my Anatolians and her guidance and medical knowledge has been a game changer. From having conversations of planning for the end, to now talking about how my girls run around the house and have never been happier.

Mum has been using Pattenden Vet Clinic since they started and she cannot praise them high enough. We recently took her new puppy there for her jabs and a few other things, they are really friendly, helpful and polite whilst remaining professional. They are not overly expensive and we can definitely recommend them for all of your pets needs.

We have been very fortunate in having Pennards London Rd Tonbridge during the last 5 years; when our retriever of 9 months got hit by 2 cars , they suspended surgery and came out to assist, by good fortune he recovered from his serious injuries and subsequently he has received fantastic care as and when circumstance dictate. The entire team take a genuine interest in all of their pet clients and being a member of Pennards Club, the benefits are a bonus so I can only sing their praises which was not the case with our previous experiences at another Vet Practice who were found wanting when our late dog was in need of serious attention. So if in doubt do choose Pennards London Rd for your caring vetinary practice.

We have been with Pennards for five years with our shih tzu Bubbles, they have always been very helpful, friendly, accommodating and caring. She went to the puppy classes too which was great for her socialising We would definitely recommend this clinic, as well as Sevenoaks when Bubbles was neutered there

I recently took my cat Bella to the vets to have her spayed, and I couldn't be happier with the service we received. I’ve been with the vet practice for over seven years. The care has always been excellent. And really helpful. Leaving a review today as my cockapoo had surgery and everything was superb. Lots of info before and after -sent on email as well . Great support from the vet team. And one dog who is still excited to go to the vets!

My three shitzu are well looked after by all and appreciate there support in keeping my fur babies well and happy

Took my 3y old cat to this Vet because my regulat vet had no cover over Christmas.they diagnosed my cat an hour later and gave him some treatment( throat infection ) . My boy still recovering but I'm so happy I left the vet with answers and solutions which most of the time is not the case. Thank you to the lovely lady Vet xx

My poor boy (British shorthair) has been suffering for a while with no solution from a previous vet. Took him to Pinebank and they identified the issues immediately. A week later, his infection is clearing up, 10 teeth removed and he is finally doing so much better. I can't thank you all enough. The entire team are absolutely fab. Knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful. Thank you!!! I won't go anywhere else. 5*****

I took my dog there to have her yearly jab and kennel cough vaccine. They was very good and quick the reception team was very nice and polite. The only bad thing was the vet didn’t give my dog a treat to try and calm my dog down when she was anxious about the jab.

This practice is exactly what we were looking for in a veterinary service. I honestly don't think it could be any better. All of the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The updates we received while Mr Grey was in their care were refreshing to say the least. The prompt treatment and after care he received could not have been better. This is the best vets. I have nothing but positive things to say about Bobbing Hill vets. All of the staff here are fabulous. Kind and caring and the most personable and the best at what they do. They have looked after my cat's bad eyes for two months with a very lucky outcome. We have visited today, a nice visit with a nice cup of coffee and a Christmas present for the boy 😻. The best vets!! My dog use to be petrified at his old vets. Would shake uncontrollably and run for the door. Which gave me major anxiety at the thought of taking him to the vet with how he behaved. Now at bobbing hill he pulls me to the door, goes in and makes himself at home. Lays right out on the floor, has to say hello to everyone in there. He thinks of it as a day out even after surgery there which I thought would change his mind. Everyone he’s seen just love on him, get down to his level and play and give him attention which I think is what’s won him over. They all love him as their own. It’s such a pleasant experience for the both of us. They are super transparent with prices, there are no hidden costs like other vets. Yes slightly more expensive compared to other vets but I would pay that and more for the treatment me and my dog get. After his surgery in the following days I’ve had calls to check up on him and ask if I need anything etc.. they want to see him post opp 2 times before giving him the all clear and these are FREE!! I would have paid anyway but it was such a nice surprise as other vets would certainly charge for check ups. It just shows they care. It’s beautifully decorated and feels super homely. Always so so clean. Thank you for everything so far in the 3 months we’ve been with you. I so wish I had moved him sooner! Glad we have found a vets for life💙

This is, by far, the best veterinary service we have ever known. The vets, nurses and receptionists work as an amazing team and provide the best care we have ever experienced. All of our animals are registered here and have all received excellent care and attention, especially in the saddest of circumstances where we had our elderly lab, Maia, put to sleep. The compassion shown to us and her was exemplary and we received a beautiful handwritten card, signed by all the team, which included her nose and paw prints for us to keep. The vet, Tim, made a very sad situation so much easier by explaining everything and letting us take as much time with her as we wanted. We received her ashes back within two days in a beautiful photo frame and some "forget me nots" to plant for her. Lovely location, lovely vets and total value for money for the excellent service received. Thank you so much for taking such care of our lovely Maia. Xx

After a lifetime of animal family members, I have been a client for many years since the practice opened, and during that time I cannot think of a single thing to fault. The vets and nurses are professional and clinically brilliant as well as kind, approachable & genuinely caring about your animal companion. Been with this Veterinary Practice since it opened for routine cat health checks and vaccinations but it is so reassuring to be able to book an emergency appointment online at night to be seen first thing the next morning. All staff are welcoming and caring. Good to be told costs throughout consultation so that there isn’t a shock when going to pay. Thoroughly recommend this veterinary practice.

We needed to get our little Lurcher Luna Spayed, we found The Manor Veterinary surgery on the Net We phoned and actually got a human that actually answered the phone in less than a minute. We inquired how much the price would be, it's was over a hundred pounds less than our old vets. We booked her in and she went in for her Op. We couldn't be happier with her treatment and after care. But what impressed me the most was the waiting room was separated for dogs and cats, lowering anxiety of both owners and their Pets. Brilliant service by people who obviously love animals Thank you & keep up the great work

I couldn’t recommend Manor vets at Chatham highly enough, from the fantastic vets to the wonderful caring and understanding nurses and staff. They’re an amazing team who go above and beyond. Took my cat for his first visit at Manor Vets in Chatham today, having ended my contract with his previous practice. The experience was great! We've been with this vets for a few months and I can't recommend them enough. All staff are so kind and helpful and the pet plan plus is very beneficial. Although they don't have specific parking, waitrose is just around the corner so very handy

Went to Park Vets with a very stressed and nervous cat. The vet and the receptionist were both very calming and reassuring and Milo was treated quickly and well.

The staff are always very helpful and pleasant. My pouch loves coming here!
