Curtis made and fitted some bespoke under stairs storage units for us. We are so happy with them! Our hallway now not only has concealed storage but looks absolutely beautiful! Can very highly recommend Curtis, he is very polite and is very thorough and tidy in his work. The work was completed on time, the price very reasonable and as originally quoted. We received advice throughout and his aftercare was excellent! Very happy! Thank you Curtis!

Curtis has fitted oak, bi-fold doors for us and we cannot fault his workmanship. He is meticulous in his work, tidy and left the area he was working in spotless. We are absolutely delighted. A real craftsman.

I had been looking for a good carpenter for a long time, after a couple of let downs. I did a Google search of local carpenters and saw Curtis’s website. I liked the look of the reviews so asked Curtis if he could come round and give me a quote on a new landing balustrade, stair handrail and spindles. As soon as Curtis turned up I liked him, really nice guy, helpful and professional. I went with Curtis to do the work. His standard of work was exemplary, and he was prompt, tidy and professional. Curtis was at our property for three days removing 11 internal doors and fitting 11 new ones. Firstly, He is a really pleasant guy. He was very respectful of our property and decor and left the house clean an tidy. He did a great job with the doors and was kind enough to cut all the old doors in half to make it easier for us to dispose of them. Unlike some tradesmen he wasn’t interested in tea or coffee and only had the odd glass of water whilst with us.( Although he’d have been very welcome had he wanted hot drinks!) I would certainly use Curtis again in the future and have no hesitation recommending him for your carpentry needs.

I had a hideous 50's built in wardrobe that needed replacing, Derek made suggestions and sketches of what I wanted, measured up, built and delivered it, all flawlessly painted to my specs two weeks later, he had it all fitted and finished in a day, you would never know any work had been done, everything was spotless. Absolutely delighted. (I should add I'm his brother so you won't trust me but check out the other reviews...!!)

Derek has designed and fitted several amazing cupboards, wardrobes, bench seat and bedside cabinets for our newly renovated home. His designs and quality of work are simply amazing. We cannot believe our luck in stumbling across Derek on FB whilst looking for a carpenter. From the very first email to the last brush of paint Derek has been utterly outstanding. Couldn't recommend Derek enough. He is a true craftsman and a pleasure to do business with. Absolutely brilliant at communicating everything clearly, and was very quick at designing and fitting the cupboards just how we wanted them. He was also very honest and transparent about payment. C S Carpentry and Construction have undertaken two carpentry jobs for me - both of which were completed to an incredibly high standard by a professional and polite team. They fitted bespoke wall units/shelving and built a pagoda and privacy screening in my garden. At every stage I was consulted on what I wanted exactly and as the work progressed that the outcome they were creating was the vision I had in mind. I cannot fault the quality of their work and their advice on how my idea could be further enhanced with particular finishing. I would thoroughly recommend the business and will be using them again in the future for any carpentry work I might need completing.

Over the last six months C S Carpentry & Construction were engaged to undertake a variety of major carpentry projects including: the boarding up and securing of a property and the provision of metal doors and metal sheets on windows. Craig and his team of highly skilled professionals delivered a timely, reliable, excellent service on each occasion without any drama. I engaged CS Carpentry to replace some external (now internal) French doors, they have previously replaced all our internal doors, which is why I returned to them for this work. Richard the carpenter was great, precise, professional and his work was exceptional! We were very happy with the end result, which now completes our downstairs living area. The work done by Richard was top quality. We had a bit of an idea of what we wanted the units to look like but not fully detailed. As soon as we spoke to Richard about it he got what we wanted and designed and delivered it. We couldn’t be happier with how it looks. Fantastic company and would use them again.

We commissioned a set of alcove-fitted wardrobes from Brothers carpentry, and were impressed with the service throughout. Rafal was friendly and informative at all times, providing realistic timescales and plans. When on site, they were clean and respectful, overcoming little obstacles (caused by an old house) as they arose. The end result is some good looking, solid feeling wardrobes. I would thoroughly recommend Brothers Carpentry.

Rafal and Janusz have been absolutely amazing! They have done a number of jobs for us including building shelves for our new build wardrobes and creating a beautiful outdoor space for us with a pragola and garden room which I absolutely love! They are extremely professional, hard working and have an attention to detail. Top quality work!!

Look at the difference! On the left are a set of 135 year old stairs that where falling apart and on the right my beautiful, refurbished stairs. And I adore them. I contacted Brothers Carpentry Ltd to get advise and a quote to replace the staircase. Rafal advised that the stairs where built into the house and would be a huge job to replace. He then suggested having overlays instead which would be less mess and more cost effective. No brainer!! The team arrived bang on time on the agreed date. To complete the stairs, it took 1 day, and they are superb. They look amazing, I chose solid oak with no knots as I wanted a modern look, which has been achieved. Rafal and Ollie, are the cleanest workers I've met. Apart from the lovely staircase, they left without a leaving a trace of dust. All rubbish was removed without question. I would 100% recommend Brothers Carpentry Ltd and will definitely consider th for our next project. Hi. I had these guys build a gazebo from scratch on site in 3 days. Some 5 meters wide and 3 meters deep. They are awesome. Hardworking guys who got on with the job with a high degree of skill. The quality of the materials they use are excellent. All solid and good quality. Their knowledge of how to build and construct properly is great. Cleaned up after themselves and left the place tidy at the end of each day. Thoroughly recommend these guys if you want the job done properly.

I needed a kitchen fitted. Quote was reasonable . The service was professional, the work was excellent. Two home and 12 years later, any carpentry or electrical , Martin is my first port of call.

I hired the services of Martin for an extensive remodeling of the downstairs of our home. We had a new layout and new kitchen. Martin was always on time, worked hard, was very knowledgeable and produced an excellent finish. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a carpenter or electrician.

We replaced the front set of windows on our Victorian terraced property with double-glazed hardwood sash windows made and fitted by Traditional Carpentry, and Robert and his team were outstanding. Rob had actually helped us repair a number of windows at the property several years ago, and did such a good job we tracked him down when we wanted to replace them. Rob provided a detailed budget and timeframe at the outset, and kept to both, and he promised great quality and absolutely delivered. His team went above and beyond, even doing general maintenance work around the windows to sort some rot without charging. A very reliable, honest and hardworking team - I would highly recommend and we will definitely use again in future.

Some of our windows were rotten through and we assumed we would need replacement. Rob was honest and advised us to go with repair, saving us a considerable amount. The repairs have been done to an excellent standard and the windows look brand new. Would use again and highly recommend.

Absolutely made up with my new windows! Robert and his team did an amazing job. I also have to echo what the other comments say, that Robert was extremely professional from the beginning when I had the initial quote done. He filled me with confidence and I knew right from then that they were the best company to go with out of the 5 other quotes I had done over the previous year. The fact that they come pre-painted with gloss was also a no brainer as it meant a big saving in costs for scaffolding and a painter/decorator. Great value for money and communication from the beginning has been fast and efficient throughout the whole process. I have a bit of OCD when it comes to certain details and they delivered on all my requests which I'm extremely happy about. I feel that they went above and beyond what I was expecting. What I was also impressed about was how clean they were and they actually left the room cleaner than when they arrived! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future if I ever need new windows or carpentry. Keep up with the great work guys and good luck for the future.

Excellent work and a great experience with this company. They were very busy when I contacted them, but they responded straight away and gave a realistic timeframe for the work. Really prompt communications and friendly staff. Our replacement sash fits perfectly. Ryan did a great job fitting our window, efficient with attention to detail that we appreciate.

The installation by Dean Barry was excellent. His attention to detail is a credit to him. He was always on time, polite and cleaned and tidied up at the end of every day. My wife and I are really pleased with the kitchen installation, we can't recommend him highly enough.

Great to have someone that turns up when they say they will. We just wanted worktops and sink fitted and Dean did a professional job at a good price. We are very pleased and would highly recommend.

I had dean fit a kitchen for me last year and make some custom built in wardrobes at the same time. He turned up when he said he would and left the area clean and tidy when he was finished. There were a couple of issues with the kitchen designs(designed by myself not dean) and he was quick to find a solution and complete the project on time! I would recommend!

We have used Mick a few times now for a built in desk, storage facility, shelving and window sill installation and other works. He listens and finds solutions, is clearly well experienced, and his work is of the highest quality at a fair price. He is also punctual, respectful of your house and does what he promises to do. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

Mike built a custom reading nook with shelves and bench etc for my daughter's bedroom, and fitted into a slightly un-uniform space. It blends beautifully with the existing wardrobes and looks like it was always there. Really well made. Mike is a lovely guy, he listened to what we wanted and offered his own ideas to create the design. Kept us up to date on timings. Would definitely recommend.

Acorn replaced three large and unusually shaped windows in a conservation area. They submitted the details of the planning application and dealt with enquiries from officials of the district council. They drew up detailed plans and kept us informed at every stage. When the time came for the work itself a highly trained and skilled carpenter came and worked for four days, overcoming some difficult adjustments on our listed building. The result was great satisfaction with the quality of work and their attention to detail in every aspect of the project. The wonderful carpenter who came was a delight to have around and explained every stage of his work. I cannot speak too highly of the service and the result.
