A professional bespoke experience from start to finish with a keen eye for detail. Haydn communicated with us regularly & clearly throughout. When we asked for a few design additions to the build - these were understood & executed perfectly despite the item being largely completed. Haydn accompanied us to the upholsterer when choosing the seat pad material. The pride in his work shines through & as a result we are rewarded with a beautiful bespoke piece of furniture that works hard but effortlessly in our home. Thank you!

Hadyn has completed a couple of projects for us over the past 6 months the first being the installation of a utility room and the second a new bespoke handmade oak front door. We are delighted with the high quality of his work, his attention to detail and he managed to complete both projects ahead of schedule which is rare these days! I wouldn’t be able to recommend Will, highly enough. We have used AHBS Carpentry for several years, over 3 separate houses. He has completed a range of tasks, from hanging new doors, to laying engineered flooring, to crafting bespoke wardrobes and storage cupboards, to major structural roofing work. All completed in good time, with a professional finish, at a fair price. Will has always been punctual, tidy, courteous, trustworthy and ready to assist with good advice, regarding all our works. We would not consider looking elsewhere, and often delayed works to wait on Will, being available. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. R&C Carroll.

Josh from Ennovate quoted, designed (to our unique needs!) and built our under stairs storage so efficiently and we are SO happy with the final product. Not only was he the cleanest and tidiest tradesman we have ever had in our renovation journey - which was a relief as we have a very curious toddler and two cats! Josh also answered all our questions, gave us great advice on how we finalised the painting etc and supported us through a rejig of our original plans flawlessly giving us more space than we ever dreamt of! Josh even built our robot hoover a home underneath part of the cupboard which has been great for space saving!

I engaged CS Carpentry to replace some external (now internal) French doors, they have previously replaced all our internal doors, which is why I returned to them for this work. C S Carpentry and Construction have undertaken two carpentry jobs for me - both of which were completed to an incredibly high standard by a professional and polite team. They fitted bespoke wall units/shelving and built a pagoda and privacy screening in my garden. At every stage I was consulted on what I wanted exactly and as the work progressed that the outcome they were creating was the vision I had in mind. I cannot fault the quality of their work and their advice on how my idea could be further enhanced with particular finishing. I would thoroughly recommend the business and will be using them again in the future for any carpentry work I might need completing.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish for our 3 floor stairs renovation project to install glass balustrading and oak newel posts/ handrails. Andy discussed all the various options and knew the answers to all our queries during our initial meeting which gave us real confidence. Andy & Paul were pleasant and professional throughout the installation, removing the old woodwork, cladding the new oak posts and fixing the glass panels in place without leaving any mess or disruption. The quality of workmanship couldn’t be faulted and the result is a hallway that lets in much more light and feels more spacious and contemporary.

Had the pleasure of Oakwood Construction doing my house extension,They have been great from the get go. Meet with the owner bill who put me at ease straight away and talked me through every step of the process, The whole team who was involved was professional and polite. I was very impressed with the way they kept the site/my house tidy and safe as I have two toddlers and was worried while the build was going on it could be dangerous for them. They went above and beyond my expectations so helpful in getting me and my family our dream house. Can’t Praise this great company enough

I had Oakwood over to look at some repeated dampness that was occurring on a wall in the dining room. What I imagined would be straightforward turned out not to be, as it wasn't clear what was causing the problem. I had 3 guys come over on two separate visits to identify the cause and formulate a plan of action. I worried for the quote, seeing the time and effort gone into the investigation, and was super surprised by how modest it was. The work was done, and I've never had a problem since. That was a couple of years ago now. I feel like there was plenty of chance to short cut the investigation or somehow charge for that effort, and take that fact that they didn't as desire to do a good and fair job. Thanks very much
