Great coffee

I have been here a few times now and enjoyed a smoothie, a few baguettes (mostly Crayfish baguettes which were awesome) and we visited for the valentine's Portuguese tapas which was lovely. The place is perfectly clean and tidy, service is good with nothing too much hassle. Will happily be visiting again and again. Check out the attached photos of the baguette fillings, it's so organised and clean I find that so inviting!

Had to put a review up I have been going here for years when I used to work in the area now I work back here again and nothings changed food is amazing!! Atmosphere and staff is just great. The food is so fresh and it’s nice to find a deli which caters for Portuguese cusine I absolutely love the juice they have from Portugal and the cray fish sandwich is to die for. Really recommend this place it is priced so well for how much you get you won’t be disappointed. ☺️

Sweet little cafe close to the pantiles. Very cosy, owner very chatty. We had two tuna melts (little side salad with nicoise was nice add-on) with a flat white and a soft drink. Came to just under thirty quid. Slightly pricey for my liking but then might be a Tunbridge Wells thing. Hence one star knocked off.

We stumbled across this cosy cafe on our way back to the car from a very awful attempt at another local place and WOW! Calm and friendly atmosphere, the BEST staff and owner! The food was brilliant, amazing quality ingredients cooked brilliantly in plain sight and they don’t hold back on portions. Two hard to impress customers will be back! Thank you so much for a lovely morning and wonderful food. Keep being original and yourselves!

Whenever we visit round the corner we love to go to Sanjays. They're so friendly and welcoming, and the food is good value, tasty and very reasonable. Definitely plan to go again next time we're visiting!

Because of the many good reviews here, my partner and I decided to have breakfast here. We were certainly not disappointed. I had the full English breakfast, my partner had the avocado sandwich. Both were served in very generous portions and cooked to perfection. Good staff. So, certainly one of the best places in RTB to have breakfast.

I ordered the breakfast sandwich from Sanjys after hearing only good things from people in the area. The size of the serving was huge, although there was no need for the side “salad” or the chips - they did state for £1 less they would remove the chips. Overall taste was expected and reminded me of some of the best greasy spoons. The bacon had a fair bit of stringy fat, not to my liking but others may enjoy. The only real let down was that the hash browns had been deep fried and so had the chips - which added a lot of grease and oil to the overall flavour.

Never had a bad meal here. Portions are huge whatever you get. Very reasonably priced, hot, and the staff are friendly.

On a miserable day I wandered around looking for somewhere to make a call, and stumbled across this little gem! Great atmosphere, service and food. Wish I lived closer 😄! Thank you for brightening my day ❤️

A friendly local café with inside and outside seating. The service was very good. Prompt and with a smile. The food, we had breakfast, was exactly as it should be, good quality, well presented and well prepared. Highly recommend. Plus, it has comfortable chairs! We will return again...

Two Penny Blue is a lovely cafe in Tunbridge Wells that serves up cafe/bistro style food and drinks. I recently visited the cafe for lunch and ordered the cheese omelette, the omelette was very nice and just what was needed during a very rainy day, the cheese was melted perfectly and the whole thing was very comforting. I also really enjoyed the side of salad that came with the omelette. The salad was fresh and crisp and the dressing was nice also. Overall, I had a great experience at Two Penny Blue and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good and affordable meal in the area. The chef (also the server) was friendly and attentive, and the service was quick and efficient.

Absolutely incredible breakfasts! Top quality ingredients, beautifully cooked and presented. Congrats to the chef as it really was 5star and as good a breakfast as we had ever tasted. Stand aside The Wolesey in London…Bruch Cafe is where it’s at!

Absolutely superb Cafe! I eat alot of full English's and am often disappointed. Not today! Perfect eggs, lovely sausages good quality bacon, black pudding etc. the service was quick ,polite and friendly!

Exceptional service & breakfast was best ever tasted esp seasoned fresh tomatoes. We called ahead as party of 5 on a Sunday, they fitted us in and accommodated all our menu choices which. One to visit for any quality breakfast enthusiast. Definitely worth a drive out to. Id also like to note how professional they were when a customer enter with filled doggy bag. Maybe think to drop some dog friendly services. 5/5 every time and I’m known to be fussy. Thank you for a lovely meal.

A lovely little cafe discovered on a random drive for new places. The staff were lovely, friendly and polite, even accommodating my love for honey vs sugar for my cup of tea! The breakfast itself, is, as you would hope, as tasty as it looks. Nice sausages, eggs nice yolk and runny, beans not dry at all and the bacon was perfect. Price wise, it's on par with most and definitely worth the price. 👍🏻 Service, as said previously, was spot on perfect, there was hardly any real difference in how we were treated and served compared to how someone who appeared to be a known regular, I really liked that. The atmosphere does not let this little gem down at all! However, while it's not tight for space or cramped, you are aware of the people sitting at other tables. That said, the colour scheme looks good and adds to that roomier feel to the Café. I will definitely revisit in the future. 👍🏻🔥

Love this cosy little place serving fresh sandwiches and cakes. The lady (owner?) is extremely friendly and professional in her service. Prices are reasonable and food portion is big. Try to seat near the window and you get a nice view of the church.

This little gem is my favourite place, whether its for breakfast, coffee and cake, lunch or a gorgeous afternoon tea I would always make this my first choice. Every friend I've taken there or met for coffee has fallen in love with it too. Generous portions, fab quality and staff lovely. The perfect choice for a gift voucher to treat someone too!

I am not from this area and was working nearby. Popped out to grab some lunch for takeaway and bought a lovely chicken salad and bacon roll. All freshly made. Really friendly and welcoming ladies working there who own it. Will definitely be back if in this area again.

Our first breakfast at Leaf and Bean and it was delicious! Fresh, good quality ingredients cooked to order, generous portion and excellent value. Lovey staff and fab service. My little dog also loved it, truly dog friendly.

Great local cafe. I didn’t realise that it is actually a mental health charity. The food is good and the two staff that were there were great characters, keep up that relaxed atmosphere. Had a cooked breakfast and will now have a scone as they look really good. It’s a lovely place

I recently visited The Kitchen Table for the first time, and I was very impressed with the cafe and its staff. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered a full English breakfast, which was very nice and filling, cooked to order and accompanied with a refreshing cup of tea. In addition to the varied food and drinks menu, the cafe also offers a variety of activities and events, such as art classes, book clubs, and music nights. These events are a great way to meet new people and get involved in the community. The cafe is a great place to relax, socialise, and enjoy a nice and very reasonably priced meal whilst in the town.

Today enjoyed tasty gluten and dairy free cake made by the lovely Michelle. Gorgeous chocolate pecan brownies yesterday. I volunteer at this lovely cafe and it's hard to resist these lovely cakes, or the extra crispy special order bacon baps🥓😀

Absolutely love this cafe, living close is great because I can take my dog on good walks over there, being a dog friendly cafe too is a big plus, providing him with many treats and water. Great range of food, sweet cakes and the most delicious coffee. Staff are really lovely, easy to have a conversation with and overall they’re very commendable at their job. The fact there’s also a record shop and a built in cave makes it super fun for teens like me to hang around there with friends, family but also myself. For sure my go to!😌

I have been here a few times now with friends on a Friday morning. The staff have been friendly, the drink has been a delight and the cake scrummy. The lady who served me remembered a conversation we had about a month ago regarding my special request for my drink. She check how it was later. It is these sorts of personal touches that made it such a lovely cafe to visit. The drink was.presented beautifully and it was just the ticket, thank you. The setting is relaxed, warm and welcoming. I've been downstairs before which is more secluded and great for a cosy chat. I'll definitely be back again soon :) Update- Sept 2024. It's under new management, the staff seem to have remained the same. A lick of paint, plus they have done away with the records for sale means it looks smarter, cleaner and they have more seating. I am still happy with my visits there most Friday mornings..

I visited 25/08/22 with my 3 charges, boys 8, 7, 4yrs, it was raining, at last! Can't fault it, we went to the small animal barn to look around so clean and looked after. We met Shane who let us say hello to Lucky the guinea pig he was great with the boys. The rain didn't deter us, we went down to see the geese, ducks, pigs etc, the adult exercise equipment was their favourite if am honest! Had a lovely lunch, can't fault the panini very hot, lots of filling, salad so crisp and fresh, the dressing was gorgeous, boys enjoyed their lunch boxes too. Rain stopped so we did the woodland walk, lots to keep the boys engaged just a shame it was so wet but we had fun for a few hours. Highly recommend staff all very friendly we will return and spread the word.

Fantastic Café Near T Wells. Along a country lane. Nice staff and friendly atmosphere. The food is brilliant. The service is great. Its the staff that makes this place. There all friendly and this place supports disabilities. Whats not to love. Nice seating outside and inside with good food selection.

As well as providing delicious coffee, I was thrilled to host my wife’s 50th at their High Street location. The staff, the food and the attention to detail were all of the highest quality. We had an incredibly memorable evening in wonderful surroundings. Thanks to Will and Khalid for being such fabulous hosts. Also to Matt & James for being so accommodating and even buying a bouquet for the birthday girl. 🙏🙏

Awesome little coffee shop, exactly the type I like the most. It’s right on the High Street, close to The Pantiles. Cosy and friendly atmosphere, convenient seating with charing points, superfast wi-fi (170mbit/s+). I felt very comfortable. And that lovely smell of coffee - simply divine. I ordered a Cortado and their avocado on sourdough bread. Both delicious. Finished the at once. About to order some more. Friendly baristas. Smiles everywhere. This is a place I will be visiting again. Nick says - definitely triple recommended!!!

Excellent coffee although quite expensive. It's £4 for an oat milk latte. It's also quite crowded and hot inside.

It's a lovely little coffee shop in the heart of the Pantiles. The Portuguese custard tard was good with coffee. I will come back again to try their other food.
