“13/11/21- Another lovely lunch with with my daughter today. We’re always made to feel very welcome and the staff and service is always excellent. Loving the homemade cakes. 13/04/21- Lovely lunch at Phoebes. Good range on menu, large sandwiches/baguette/panini selection. Salads, omelette and jacket potato’s and breakfast menu before 11.30. All reasonably priced. Delicious homemade cakes, perfect with my Americano. Fantastic customer service and the owner was lovely. 14/04/21- My 7 year old daughter was so happy with yesterday’s visit, she insisted we came back again today. The food and service is excellent again and the space is Covid secure with a lovely sun trap court yard. Lots of space and social distance with a warm welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended, well worth a visit.”

“What a treat this was! Incredible food & drinks selection and even though the particular treat I came for had sold out, the wonderful staff there put something special together for me which was so delicious! Also made my husband another drink on the house as he had mistakenly ordered the wrong thing…no fuss what so ever and even when he insisted on paying for it, they said not to which was so lovely. Really went above and beyond for us and I can not wait to return many more times in the future. For the glorious food and drink, for the stunning layout and display of the restaurant and for the beautiful people working there and making it so warm and welcoming! Thank you very much 😊”

“Wow, what an awesome cafe! I work just round the corner at the university and have been meaning to try this place for a while. I was not disappointed! The decor and vibe of the place is very welcoming, and the service was impeccable. I ordered the set 2, which was great value for about 8 quid considering it includes tea and toast/bread. Every part of the meal was cooked perfectly and the ingredients are good quality. Sausage was nice and herby too which is just how they should be. Will definitely come again more regularly to support such a well-run establishment with superb food and value.”
