My review is rather different but I would like to thank Jodie from Beauty Spot for sorting out a problem with a voucher that my daughter bought for Christmas. She was efficient and very kind and the problem was sorted within 24 hours A massive thank you Karen xx

I have been using the Beauty Spot for more years than I care to remember!. Trina and the girls offer the most professional and wide range of treatments and the salon is always spotlessly clean and welcoming. We are very lucky to have this business in Faversham when it is so apparent when you look around the town of how many businesses are struggling to survive during these tough times. Trina and her team are to be commended for continuing to offer industry leading treatments to a very high standard and making sure that everybody has that special feeling when they have their appointment- not an easy task but one they do effortlessly. Long may they continue!

Trina and her team are ‘simply the best’. They go out of their way to make everyone feel special. Satisfaction of customers is paramount. The service is always professional and to a very high standard. The salon is spotlessly clean and a everyone is given a warm welcome. I cannot imagine going anywhere else.

Today was my first time at the salon after I was recommended by a friend to come here. Got my hair cut done by Katie. She was lovely, very skilled and listened to what I wanted and delivered. Very happy with my hair. Nice place, nice atmosphere and will defo be returning!

Had my HD Eyebrows done by lovely Delia. Her attention to detail was outstanding. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She explained the process in great detail. I love my eyebrows thank you so much can’t wait for my top up!

This is my second BIAB mani with Rachel, and honestly I couldn’t be happier or more impressed with her faultless skill, technique and manner. She is warm and welcoming, her salon is spotlessly immaculate. I’ll definitely be a regular for mani’s going forward, and will go to Rachel for the other treatments I’m currently considering too.

I had a great experience at Rachel's Beauty. Rachel did a fabulous job on my finger nails. I opted for BIAB with gel colour. So many colours to choose from. The quality of her work is amazing. For Christmas I was very lucky in getting a voucher to use at Steven James in Faversham and what lovely ladies they all are. I have never been in a salon before and I was only booking in my appointment but already I was made to feel so welcomed and understood in exactly what I am looking for. Absolutely cannot recommend Steven James salon more highly I started in going to James in May 2024 and he has restyled my hair. Just giving me confidence with a slightly longer length but with a very stylish undercut. A great atmosphere and everyone is welcoming. And happily recommended to two friends who are with Tilly

I've been using Steven James for years. Always fantastic service and all the staff are so friendly. They are always willing to go along with my mad hair ideas and do everything they can to make my hair dreams come true.

I’ve been coming here for several years now and they have always done a great job of my hair. Tilly started cutting my hair about two years ago and she’s really great, really listens, gives sound advice and the cut is always just what I want, holds really well, grows beautifully etc and my hair feels so much better for weeks afterwards. There is a really lovely, unpretentious and laid back vibe to the place too. Thank you! 🙏🏼

Felt like a totally new person after my pamper with Sam. Everything lasted well so good value. To top it off Sam is just a lovely person snd instantly makes you feel at ease. Highly recommend a visit.

I’ve been seeing Sam for a while now for anti wrinkle injections and skin boosters. Sam really knows her stuff. She always takes the time to listen and recommend the best options for me. All of the products she uses are super high quality and every time I’m thrilled with the results. It’s always a joy visiting Sam, such a lovely and talented lady. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Sam is amazing at doing my lashes, she is very experienced, reliable and makes me feel very comfortable during my lash appointments. My lashes are always exactly what I ask for and last very well. I can not recommend Sam highly enough!!

First time at Salon Chique and I will be back. I was with Honey for eyelash tint and lift. She was very delicate and the session was super relaxing. I am very pleased with the result and will definitely have it done with Honey again.

Nat is fabulous. I leave every time relaxed and feeling really good. She's not only great at getting rid of muscle tension but also great listening to those little lifes niggles. It's an hour or so of bliss in a very busy week. Highly recommend.

I had a Dermaplane facial with Rowan Retreat and I couldn't be more happy with my results. My therapist (Natalie) was friendly and made me feel at ease straight away as I have had very few treatments in the past. The room was clean and comfortable and it had a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The actual treatment was amazing! I felt so relaxed and Natalie explained what she was doing and why at all times. The treatment was not rushed and I felt as though Natalie was totally dedicated to making my treatment special. When my treatment was completed, my skin felt so soft and it actually felt as though I had a new face!! Natalie explained the after care and was completely professional at all times. I would recommend Rowan Retreat to anyone that would like any sort of beauty treatment and I will certainly be going back.

My first visit today was a triumph!...Great salon with a quietly luxurious ambience. All the staff I met were absolutely lovely, Ocean was my therapist today....the treatment I had was the 'Winter warmer'...a delicious mix of 3 treatments that compliment each other perfectly, I left practically 'floating'. Highly recommend....it felt like I'd had a real treat...great experience.

I recently began a laser treatment course at this salon, and I’m truly impressed! Having visited several other salons over the years, I’ve never experienced results as remarkable as I have here, especially after just two sessions. It's clear that the salon has invested in top-of-the-line equipment, which has made all the difference. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door, especially Lydia, who performed my laser treatment. She made me feel at ease throughout the entire process, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Since my first visit to Beau Clinic, I have been blown away by the friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the staff. I had an in depth skin scan on my first appointment which outlined my concerns and Lydia put together a clear treatment plan on how to get to my goal… I’m 4 months in and I could not be happier with my results so far and can’t wait for my next Hydrafacial!
