My crown came off and I rang immediately. Was given an appointment for the following day. Was given excellent service, reception and dentist. Feel so lucky to be an NHS patient at this dentist for at least 30 years! Thank you 😀

Being nervous and anxious whenever I enter this place I did a bit of checking out on the website before hand. I am not the best of patients but found that Dany would make me feel at ease and comfortable. I left with a treatment plan and a lot calmer as to when I arrived, staff pleasant and understanding of my phobia but still a wonderful practice. Thank you Dany for your patience and calming me whilst in your care.

The Receptionists were welcoming and friendly. They explained everything clearly. The Practice was smart, clean and comfortable. There were plenty of seats available in the spacious waiting rooms. The dentist, Dr Hugo Marques was chatty, friendly and very thorough and I felt that he was extremely knowledgeable. The dental nurse was friendly and polite. The procedures were explained well and I felt very pleased and confident about my treatment. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

I was lucky enough to find Broadstairs dental surgery via a recommendation, and it is by far the best dentist I've experienced. James and the team are extremely welcoming and reassuring. It was clear right from the offset that I was in good hands. James is wonderfully informative and the treatment is very thorough. Huge thank you guys!

Just had my first appointment at The Dental Surgery. It was an emergency appointment, I’ve been in so much pain with a gum infection so I was quite anxious as to what would be done but I shouldn’t have worried. James and his team are amazing! At reception, Penny is really helpful and welcoming and then, in the surgery, James explains everything he is about to do and is really caring and gentle. Excellent service! Highly recommend!

I have been going to The Dental Surgery now for many years as my medication had affected my teeth quite badly & thank goodness James expert dental work corrected them. I only recommended James once again to my oxygen rep. today. who was installing new equipment for me & he needed a dentist as he was in agony. The Dental Surgery is absolutely excellent, I’ve had great experiences. From the moment I stepped through the door I felt at home as everyone is extremely friendly, polite and well organised. The receptionist was very helpful with finding a booking and I received reminder notifications prior to my booking. James and the assistants at the Dental Practice were extremely kind and made me feel at ease before carefully and softly working on my teeth, checking in regularly how I’m doing. I’ve never been numbed so painlessly and carefully. They also explained technical aspects to me very nicely and assisted me in setting up an effective dental routine. They are affordable and offer various payment options. I would highly recommend the surgery.

I find the staff courteous and helpful. I've had 2 implants here. The treatment is first class. Things are explained every step of the way. I'm very pleased with the end result.

Has a consultation booked in at Southbank Clinic. The whole process was very well handled from making the appointment to the actual consultation. On the day I arrived at the clinic and asked to wait by the receptionist ( very friendly). The consultation was carried out by Roshith and after a quick examination I had a x ray and CT scan done . Then was sat down and explained, in great detail what treatment they thought I would need and a plan made up of what would happen. The whole process was very good and the staff were all very helpful and supportive. Can definitely recommend the team and the clinic.

I am very nervous when it comes to dentists, and in particular needles. However, Derek and his lovely dental nurses and receptionists were so warm and welcoming they made it feel as if I were being treated by old friends, I've never felt more at ease in a dentist's chair. To say I am happy with my new mouth is an understatement, it feels so good not to have to cover my mouth when laughing, or feel ashamed of my smile. Thank you 1st Impressions would gladly recommend

I attended a first appointment today and cannot praise Derek enough.He listened, took extra time to fill my tooth and scale and polish.I didn't feel the needles at all which was fantastic. My husband went here this morning in agony after botched dental work at another practice and being told by two other dentists they couldn’t help him. I have been with the St Peter’s Dental Practice for many years now, and Dr Padiachi used to be my regular dentist. I was always extremely happy with the treatment he gave me and his lovely friendliness, so when he left, naturally you wonder if the replacement will be as good. I am really really happy to say that Aoife Is brilliant, such a lovely lady and brilliant at her job. She did a filling for me today, and she was extremely efficient, the treatment was honestly painless and I am super pleased with the result ! Thank you Aoife!

Have been coming to this dentist for a few years now as a family of 5 we have no complaints. Helpful receptionists, nurses and our dentist is superb! Absolutely fantastic with all 3 of our children they are never worried, put at ease and generally like coming and seeing the dentist. Dentist is friendly, kind and funny towards the children. No complaints here feel very lucky to not only have a dentist in the current climate but a fantastic one too!

At my dentist in margate I had a appointment and I dread the dentist I am so nervous but dr Bader Ahmed was fantastic he was so gentle and kind and I could have wished for a better dentist

Our family have been under the care of Josie for what must be getting on for 20 years now. I've always had positive experiences with Josie (following some traumatic experiences elsewhere as a younger child), which I'm sure has saved me from a dentist phobia! From tooth extractions to prepare me for orthodontic treatment, to regular check ups and cleanings, everything has been gentle, professional and friendly. Having lived abroad for 6 years, visits to Josie are high on my list during visits home - I won't trust anyone else!
