Arkiton have reroofed my house and although extremely expensive, I have been extremely impressed by the speed at which the operation was completed, together with the quality of the work and excellent communication between Company and Client. Patrick came to assess our property and through his expertise and guidance we completely overhauled the house's roof. The team were hard working, kind, professional and highly skilled. We could not have had a better team on the job. Even his scaffold team were fantastic people, and I appreciated their hard work and kindness. Patrick regularly came to assess progress and ensure his high standards were applied and maintained. The job is superb, and has kept recent storms at bay. We had new facias and sofits and some remedial roof works done and the results are excellent. Our property looks like new and we are very pleased. The guys doing the work took pride in their work and were very efficient, friendly and always left our premises tidy when they had finished for the day. Patrick, the owner, was very friendly and professional and explained what needed to be done and the work was carried out to the timescales agreed. John came round to repair lead flashing on chimney that had a split in it and repoint some of the chimney that needed doing. He was very professional very polite and made sure all work carried out was to a very high standard. Can’t thank him enough and would highly recommend

MAT came to look at the work, offered some good advice on what needed doing and submitted a competitive price. They also undertook to investigate some original errors in 1960s construction which have been a problem throughout the building's life. They arrived and programme and despite horrible weather, worked around the rainy days finishing in around a week. What more could you ask?

He is also aware of making things as easy as possible for the client; so in planning the scaffolding he ensured I (and neighbours) still had access to our shared driveway. Needed new guttering all round the house that was left off by a previous roofing company, spoke to several roofers who all had concerns about the polycarbonate roof on conservatory. Matt was the only one to say about putting scaffolding up, he also pointed out that we would be wasting money if we put fascia and soffit up as the house did not require it. He also pointed out a couple of mistakes left by the previous company. Matt and his boys spent 2 days doing a brilliant job that I don't think anyone else would have, very informative, clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend and definitely use them again.
