These guys were absolutely excellent. My flat roof is brilliant. They were personal, professional and the quality of work is just brilliant. I will be using them again in the future to renew my dormers.

Luke responded to the job request on Checkatrade promptly, gave me a quote and carried out the work the next day. They arrived on time and were quick and efficient, and charged less than quoted because when he got up on the roof found one bit of work wasn’t required. We will definitely use Luke and his team again, finding an honest and reliable roofer is great, will be recommending them to others.

Recieved a quote for work identified in a survey. The survey made it sound like the roof was rotten to excess and many trusses required replacing. Luke reassured us that there was actually nothing amis that ventilation tiles wouldn't solve. No hard sell, or pressure to do more than needed. Very refreshing. Thanks

Brilliant! I had a hole in my roof that had been bugging me for weeks. Not too big but enough to start to cause a problem shortly with the winter weather coming in. Called Luke on Wednesday, he was round and had fixed it on Thursday within half an hour. Really nice chap, very professional and will be keeping him on speed dial just in case! Would definitely recommend.

Darren did a great job repairing our roof and fitted us in quite quickly as an emergency (when we had rain pouring through the ceiling because of a bodged repair by the previous owner). He responded to messages promptly and was very clear about what work needed to be done and the costs involved. The work was done a few months ago and we have had no issues with it since. We discovered after the storms we had a ridge tile blown off but sitting on the roof. I called Affordable Roofing and call was answered and was told somebody would be round to quote, i got a courtesy call back to let me know someone would be with me within 30 minutes to quote, withing 90 minutes i had the quote which was very reasonable and they were able to repair the ridge tile on same visit. Very professional. Good communication and work carried out quickly and efficiently. I had all felt and battens replaced as badly needed renewing. All tiles removed, cleaned and put back into place. All rubbish cleared and site left clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using this company in the future.

Shopped around & decided to use this Co. So glad I did. The quote for the job, was just that.No hidden extras. No hard sell. Courteous, professional & a fabulous overall job. Existing tiles were reused to save costs. They scrubbed them up, so roof looks almost new. Highly recommend this company. John the boss, is a nice chappie as well.

Absolutely Fantastic Company to deal with. 10/10 We had to have a new Pitched roof as well as a new flat roof for our House. After receiving quotes from a couple of other roofers, who had not filled us with confidence, we contacted JTF Roofing Ltd. Jordan Jones visited us and gave us an in-depth assessment of the work required, which he followed up promptly with a very reasonable quotation. I phoned and spoke to Jordan about the problem I had regarding a leak and that I wasn’t sure where it was coming from. He said he was in the area and that he would be round in twenty minutes to take a look. Once he arrived he took a look then asked if his work colleagues could join him. On entering my home they were extremely polite and they all removed their shoes, even though I said it would be okay. Jordan was able to find out where the problem was and sorted It straight away. I cannot praise them enough, they were professional, polite had good banter and worked well together. I will recommend Jordan and his team at JTF Roofing to anyone who needs a job doing. Lee and his team are brilliant. We have used them 3 times now for work including a roof repair when we first moved in, new gutters and fascias and now a full new roof. Photos taken and texted through each day of work, drone footage and videos taken to see all the areas we wouldn't usually see, insulation in the loft added to comply with regulations and building control signed off. Work is always completed on time, the team are polite and clear up after themselves and Lee and Amy in the office are patient no matter how many times I text them asking more questions!

I've used Chris for 2 jobs on my house now. The first was a re-pointing job and the 2nd was replacing a garage roof from felt to fibreglass. It can be a bit nerve-wracking trying to find decent tradesmen but on both occasions Chris and his team have been a pleasure to work with. His brother Dave has actually run both jobs and has done an excellent job each time. They have been punctual, polite, skillfull and have tidied up after themselves. The re-pointing job has been so well done that unless you knew about the work done you wouldn't actually notice it blends so well into the rest of the building. One of the guys also came and helped me do some odd jobs around the house one Saturday. I would thoroughly recommend Chris and his team for any re-pointing or roofing needs.

Very fast response to the initial query regarding water ingress via the flashing. Venting the loft was advised and agreed. Work started within a few days and completed in a day. The team were knowledgeable and friendly. All waste was cleaned away. Highly recommended.
