Lee and his team are brilliant. We have used them 3 times now for work including a roof repair when we first moved in, new gutters and fascias and now a full new roof. Photos taken and texted through each day of work, drone footage and videos taken to see all the areas we wouldn't usually see, insulation in the loft added to comply with regulations and building control signed off. Work is always completed on time, the team are polite and clear up after themselves and Lee and Amy in the office are patient no matter how many times I text them asking more questions!

Used All Roofs & Drone Surveys at the interest of our home buyers to get to the bottom of any issue with our roof, the survey was time efficient & helpful. The survey allowed us to see images in great detail of a number of issues, the team were very helpful in giving us an understanding of any repairs required! The survey was £299, compared to others they saved us thousands!! Have roofing repairs scheduled for the summer, very highly recommend! I phoned and spoke to Jordan about the problem I had regarding a leak and that I wasn’t sure where it was coming from. He said he was in the area and that he would be round in twenty minutes to take a look. Once he arrived he took a look then asked if his work colleagues could join him. On entering my home they were extremely polite and they all removed their shoes, even though I said it would be okay. Jordan was able to find out where the problem was and sorted It straight away. I cannot praise them enough, they were professional, polite had good banter and worked well together. I will recommend Jordan and his team at JTF Roofing to anyone who needs a job doing. Absolutely Fantastic Company to deal with. 10/10 We had to have a new Pitched roof as well as a new flat roof for our House. After receiving quotes from a couple of other roofers, who had not filled us with confidence, we contacted JTF Roofing Ltd. Jordan Jones visited us and gave us an in-depth assessment of the work required, which he followed up promptly with a very reasonable quotation. Once we awarded the job to JTF, they agreed a start date and started promptly. We dealt with Jordan and Rob. Throughout the job they have been extremely professional, polite, courteous, as well as clean, tidy and considerate of our neighbours. Jordan coordinated with the flat roofing firm on our behalf which made the the whole process smooth and stress free. I've used Chris for 2 jobs on my house now. The first was a re-pointing job and the 2nd was replacing a garage roof from felt to fibreglass. It can be a bit nerve-wracking trying to find decent tradesmen but on both occasions Chris and his team have been a pleasure to work with. His brother Dave has actually run both jobs and has done an excellent job each time. They have been punctual, polite, skillfull and have tidied up after themselves. The re-pointing job has been so well done that unless you knew about the work done you wouldn't actually notice it blends so well into the rest of the building. One of the guys also came and helped me do some odd jobs around the house one Saturday. I would thoroughly recommend Chris and his team for any re-pointing or roofing needs.

Chris and team did an excellent job repointing our retaining wall - so much so I thought the wall had been completely rebuilt when i returned from work! Very friendly and professional service from quotation to completion. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of their services.

We discovered after the storms we had a ridge tile blown off but sitting on the roof. I called Affordable Roofing and call was answered and was told somebody would be round to quote, i got a courtesy call back to let me know someone would be with me within 30 minutes to quote, withing 90 minutes i had the quote which was very reasonable and they were able to repair the ridge tile on same visit. Highly recommend Affordable roofing, all the guys were polite and professional and reasonable priced and will definetlely use them again

Shopped around & decided to use this Co. So glad I did. The quote for the job, was just that.No hidden extras. No hard sell. Courteous, professional & a fabulous overall job. Existing tiles were reused to save costs. They scrubbed them up, so roof looks almost new. Highly recommend this company. John the boss, is a nice chappie as well.

Recieved a quote for work identified in a survey. The survey made it sound like the roof was rotten to excess and many trusses required replacing. Brilliant! I had a hole in my roof that had been bugging me for weeks. Not too big but enough to start to cause a problem shortly with the winter weather coming in. Called Luke on Wednesday, he was round and had fixed it on Thursday within half an hour. Really nice chap, very professional and will be keeping him on speed dial just in case! Would definitely recommend.

I contacted Luke and left a message and he got back to me within the hour. I told him the problem I had with my guttering and he said he would call round that day. Very fast response to the initial query regarding water ingress via the flashing. Venting the loft was advised and agreed. Work started within a few days and completed in a day. The team were knowledgeable and friendly. All waste was cleaned away. Highly recommended.
