Affordable roofing company was friendly and reasonably priced compared with other companies. The work was done quickly and to a good standard. We would use them again.

John was quick to provide a quote.Materials,skip and scaffold all in place by an agreed start date. The team of workers are a credit to him.They arrived on time were courteous and polite.Soon set about their task and in no time had all roof tiles,baton and old roof felt removed. New felt and batons were quickly installed along with the flashing and tiling. All done within a day ahead of schedule.A good job,well done.

We discovered after the storms we had a ridge tile blown off but sitting on the roof. I called Affordable Roofing and call was answered and was told somebody would be round to quote, i got a courtesy call back to let me know someone would be with me within 30 minutes to quote, withing 90 minutes i had the quote which was very reasonable and they were able to repair the ridge tile on same visit. Nick and his team have carried out several roofing jobs for me, all of which I have been extremely happy with the end result. One of the past lead projects that was done unfortunately the lead came loose and fell out, after I contacted Nick he immediately came and repaired it, insisting the work was guaranteed and there would not be a charge, which I appreciated his integrity

Nick and his team carried out a significant amount of work on our 1850 Kent Peg Tiled, cottage. We had a roof valley completely stripped and retiled, 3 of 4 tile-hung top floor elevations stripped, insulated and retiled and a leak around a chimney fixed with new lead flashing and tiles. From the moment I met Nick I had complete confidence and trust in him, both in terms of his knowledge and experience in working with heritage properties, but also his professional and friendly manner. Nick has professional and personal integrity and is as honest as they come. No corners were cut, everything was done as it should be and lots of repair short cuts that had been taken over the life of the house were put back to how they should be. They encountered a few additional problems throughout the project, but Nick’s comment was always, ‘don’t worry, you’re in safe hands’ and, indeed, we were! Nick’s team are superb and adhere to his requirement for everything to be done correctly and neatly, as if they were working on their own properties; particular thanks to Tom who did a superb job for us. Nick’s team were extremely polite and respectful to us and our property, they turned up exactly when they said they would and kept us fully informed at every stage of the work. Tom and Kevin fixed my leaking garage roof. They removed the existing gully and replaced with new and replaced all rotten felt. They did a grand job and were very tidy. They took on the extra unexpected work without drama once tiles were removed.

I've used Chris for 2 jobs on my house now. The first was a re-pointing job and the 2nd was replacing a garage roof from felt to fibreglass. It can be a bit nerve-wracking trying to find decent tradesmen but on both occasions Chris and his team have been a pleasure to work with. His brother Dave has actually run both jobs and has done an excellent job each time. They have been punctual, polite, skillfull and have tidied up after themselves. The re-pointing job has been so well done that unless you knew about the work done you wouldn't actually notice it blends so well into the rest of the building. One of the guys also came and helped me do some odd jobs around the house one Saturday. I would thoroughly recommend Chris and his team for any re-pointing or roofing needs.

I called on Roofline Services as I had two large flat roofs in need of renewal from felt to fiber glass, I also needed all the moss removed from the front of my property + fascias , upvc windows cleaned, ridge tiles renewed etc sorted in fact you name it and my roof needed it done. After meeting Maurice I felt confident Roofline were capable to sort all the work / repairs I needed to restore my roof to my satisfaction. I was also planning to have a solar system fitted to my flat roof after all the work was completed, I was very impressed with how Maurice and his team in the way they cooperated with the solar installers regards fixings for the panels and cable runs so as to allow a neat installation for me. Very good experience overall. They done some maintenance for us such as rebedding some ridge tiles, rebedding a verge and a gutter clean once completed. I highly recommend them.

He swept up daily, and kept the place as tidy and clean as possible while the roofing work was in progress. We’re very happy with the result! Tom was recommended to me and everything you want from a tradesman. Tom came round to survey the job on a Sunday and quoted via email and not just verbally. Easily contactable and even more importantly Tom contacted me regularly with arrangements for scaffolding and updates on the repair date, due to the awful weather. The work itself was done to a good standard and I would definitely recommend Tom and will defiantly use him again.
