Was very quick answering my enquiry and very quick to come out and have a look at what needed doing . Responded quick with a quote and arranged everything in a timely manner. Explained everything that needed doing and completed job to a high standard and left the area clean. Would definitely recommend this company if you need any roofing work done

Just used Affordable Roofing to re-roof an outbuilding and from start to finish it was a truly professional service. Affordable roofing company was friendly and reasonably priced compared with other companies. The work was done quickly and to a good standard. We would use them again.

We discovered after the storms we had a ridge tile blown off but sitting on the roof. I called Affordable Roofing and call was answered and was told somebody would be round to quote, i got a courtesy call back to let me know someone would be with me within 30 minutes to quote, withing 90 minutes i had the quote which was very reasonable and they were able to repair the ridge tile on same visit. Highly recommend Affordable roofing, all the guys were polite and professional and reasonable priced and will definetlely use them again

I cannot recommend Jim at Calnan Roofing highly enough! he has completed varying jobs for us over the years on our house projects and most recently installed a complete new roof on our new Barn. Jim managed to source some reclaimed tiles for us so that the building matched in nicely with the rest of the house and his eye for detail and perfect finish are second to none. We certainly wouldn't use anyone else!!

We used Jim and his team to tile our extension using Spicer clay tiles. His work is fantastic and he takes great pride in his craft. We would not hesitate to use him again and we are already recommending him to others .

Nick and his team carried out a significant amount of work on our 1850 Kent Peg Tiled, cottage. We had a roof valley completely stripped and retiled, 3 of 4 tile-hung top floor elevations stripped, insulated and retiled and a leak around a chimney fixed with new lead flashing and tiles. From the moment I met Nick I had complete confidence and trust in him, both in terms of his knowledge and experience in working with heritage properties, but also his professional and friendly manner. Nick has professional and personal integrity and is as honest as they come. No corners were cut, everything was done as it should be and lots of repair short cuts that had been taken over the life of the house were put back to how they should be. They encountered a few additional problems throughout the project, but Nick’s comment was always, ‘don’t worry, you’re in safe hands’ and, indeed, we were! Nick’s team are superb and adhere to his requirement for everything to be done correctly and neatly, as if they were working on their own properties; particular thanks to Tom who did a superb job for us. Nick’s team were extremely polite and respectful to us and our property, they turned up exactly when they said they would and kept us fully informed at every stage of the work. I've used Chris for 2 jobs on my house now. The first was a re-pointing job and the 2nd was replacing a garage roof from felt to fibreglass. It can be a bit nerve-wracking trying to find decent tradesmen but on both occasions Chris and his team have been a pleasure to work with. His brother Dave has actually run both jobs and has done an excellent job each time. They have been punctual, polite, skillfull and have tidied up after themselves. The re-pointing job has been so well done that unless you knew about the work done you wouldn't actually notice it blends so well into the rest of the building. One of the guys also came and helped me do some odd jobs around the house one Saturday. I would thoroughly recommend Chris and his team for any re-pointing or roofing needs.
