He is also aware of making things as easy as possible for the client; so in planning the scaffolding he ensured I (and neighbours) still had access to our shared driveway. Very fast response to the initial query regarding water ingress via the flashing. Venting the loft was advised and agreed. Work started within a few days and completed in a day. The team were knowledgeable and friendly. All waste was cleaned away. Highly recommended.

What had the potential to be a stressful and painful experience was made remarkably simple due to Matt and his teams ability. Matt is great at being frank (which I needed and appreciated) and helpful if I had a panic attack about the whole process. Would thoroughly and unreservedly recommend Arkiton to all. From the first contact they were personable, knowledgeable and obliging. Their 'boys' then followed up with hard work, only stopping for the copious tea and coffee provided by my wife. Then there was the 'clean up', brilliant, very thorough even washing the new tiles. Arkiton have reroofed my house and although extremely expensive, I have been extremely impressed by the speed at which the operation was completed, together with the quality of the work and excellent communication between Company and Client. Great professional service. They cleared all the moss and random plants that were growing on my roof and in the guttering. They also fixed a couple of guttering issues I have had for years. One of the properties we manage had a roof leak we subcontracted South East Roof Repairs LTD to come and inspect the roof. Michael arrived with he’s team of roofers to carry out the inspection. The roof needed to completely lifted and redone as the wood was rotten, and not able to be repaired.
