We had to 'bite the bullet' and get the front part of our roof repaired and re-laid along with all the lead work around the chimneys re-done. Throughout the whole process Tenterden Roofing Co have been outstanding. The team of Alastair, Matt, Matt and Nick did an excellent job. Alastair provided a clear, detailed and reasonable quote which they kept to, they managed to start work earlier than expected, they were always punctual every day, their workmanship is of the highest standard and they were a pleasure to have around. We now have the smartest roof in the Weald and we are delighted with it and confident that it will still be going strong long after we are gone. It is often a gamble finding the right trades but I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Tenterden Roofing Co to anyone, especially if you have a period or listed building.

We had Alastair and his team over the entire Summer fully re-roofing our house with reclaimed Kent pegs and adding breathable insulation. All of the team were a joy to deal with and when any unexpected issues occurred, Alastair was quick to highlight them and suggest solutions. The quality of work was exceptional and we are having them back next year to re-tile and insulate our vertical tile hanging. Would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Tenterden Roofing did a wonderful roofing job for me a couple of years ago. They quoted a fair price which they stuck to. They supplied good quality materials that matched very well. The workmanship was really good and they used a good & competent scaffolding contractor. The roof, flashings & bargeboards look fantastic and you can tell it's been done to last by people who know what they're doing. Tenterden Roofing are thoroughly recommended.

We have used this company for roof and chimney works on 3 properties on 4 occasions. From estimate through to job completion, site clearing and invoicing I thoroughly recommend. On some occasions they have given a suggestion that saved me money rather than max money out of me for the job. Tom came out to look at the job and got back to me quickly with a price and date for work to begin. He re-bedded all the loose ridge tiles on the roof and replaced any broken tiles. He also repointed some brickwork. All the work was carried out with care and all debris was cleaned up afterwards.

We found Tom to be hard working, reliable and he did a first rate job on our 2 bay car port using traditional Kent Peg tiles.

Tom has spent the last couple of days replacing our soffits and doing some guttering work...a few weeks prior to this he did some roof work for us as we had an internal leak in one of our bedrooms . We are very happy with all of the work,the soffits look great and we no longer have a wet wall indoors! Thoroughly recommend this roofing company,not only does he know his stuff but he communicates well and takes pride in his work. Thanks Tom!

Matt and Alex carried out the safe removal of asbestos roofing sheets from our garage, as well as from the 3 adjoining garages in our block, and then replaced the wooden joists in each and installed dark grey metal box sheeting - all in one day and contending with some awful weather! We have been so impressed by their professionalism and workmanship and have no hesitation in recommending them. From the initial visit and quotation through to completion of the job and supply of the waste consignment note, it has been a pleasure dealing with Matt and Alex. We discovered after the storms we had a ridge tile blown off but sitting on the roof. I called Affordable Roofing and call was answered and was told somebody would be round to quote, i got a courtesy call back to let me know someone would be with me within 30 minutes to quote, withing 90 minutes i had the quote which was very reasonable and they were able to repair the ridge tile on same visit. Shopped around & decided to use this Co. So glad I did. The quote for the job, was just that.No hidden extras. No hard sell. Courteous, professional & a fabulous overall job. Existing tiles were reused to save costs. They scrubbed them up, so roof looks almost new. Highly recommend this company. John the boss, is a nice chappie as well.

Upon recently moving into our new home we shortly discovered signs of leaks coming into the bedrooms. We were recommended to Adam at Grasby Roofing from a family member, who came round a couple of days after contacting him to have a look at the problem. Adam provided us with a detailed explanation of what our problem was and what work would need to be done to rectify this. I have no hesitation in recommending Adam Grasby Roofing to anyone who needs roofing work. The service I received was amazingly professional from the outset. The quote for the work was very competitive compared with others we received and it is also very helpful that Grasby Roofing can provide a scaffolding service as well if required.The whole process was super efficient. Although this was a relatively small job, the scaffolding went up, the work was carried out and the scaffolding came down within a period of one week. The quality of the work was excellent and I intend to use Grasby roofing in the future which is highly likely as we have a period Georgian house with the original roof which is susceptible to tile and Kent peg slippage in high winds. On a personal level, Adam is a thoroughly nice and genuine guy. His advice in general reflected his years of experience and very importantly I felt confident that he was the man for the job.
