I have no hesitation in recommending Adam Grasby Roofing to anyone who needs roofing work. The service I received was amazingly professional from the outset. The quote for the work was very competitive compared with others we received and it is also very helpful that Grasby Roofing can provide a scaffolding service as well if required.The whole process was super efficient. Although this was a relatively small job, the scaffolding went up, the work was carried out and the scaffolding came down within a period of one week. The quality of the work was excellent and I intend to use Grasby roofing in the future which is highly likely as we have a period Georgian house with the original roof which is susceptible to tile and Kent peg slippage in high winds. On a personal level, Adam is a thoroughly nice and genuine guy. His advice in general reflected his years of experience and very importantly I felt confident that he was the man for the job.

Upon recently moving into our new home we shortly discovered signs of leaks coming into the bedrooms. We were recommended to Adam at Grasby Roofing from a family member, who came round a couple of days after contacting him to have a look at the problem. Adam provided us with a detailed explanation of what our problem was and what work would need to be done to rectify this. From quote to finish we found Adam to be extremely professional, trustworthy and very reliable. We are very happy with the work we have had done, and would happily recommend his work to anyone.

Excellent local roofing company who I’ve used a few times now. They replaced my ridge tiles on the top and side of my roof following storm damage a few years ago. They came quickly to replace all the tiles before we had any more bad weather. I recently had a loose tile on my bay roof and John came round and re-set it for me. I cannot recommend them enough, they will always come out as soon as possible especially when you have an emergency. Will rebook them again in the coming months to clean my roof, which is full of moss and constantly blocking my guttering and covering my patio. Great company who always provide a great service!

We had a one ridge tile and the whole column of tiles below it replaced on the very edge of our end of terraced house. I approached Broadstairs roofing for a quote, John called me back within 24 hours to discuss my roofing problem, as per the website, and came round within the next few day to provide a quote. The work was then programed in within the next few weeks. The work was completed with no issues and everything was cleaned up after, the end result looks great. John was very approachable and customer focused, really taking the time to discuss the approach to the replacement of the roof tiles ensuring I was happy every step of the way. Great local roofing company would highly recommend.

I had a leak in my roof causing water ingress in several places. John came out and assessed the problem the same day and gave me a quote on the spot. He was very reassuring and within a couple of days, a member of his team came out and resolved the issue. Photographs and a clear explanation of the work carried out were provided. I have additional issues with my guttering, roof and chimney stack and will definitely be using Broadstairs Roofing again. They are trustworthy, reliable, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

After discussing my flat roof job at length with Colin, he viewed the site and provided a competitive quote. On the day, Colin and his experienced team arrived on time and replaced my very old felt flat roof with a new fibreglass one including new boards and fascias. They also fixed a botched job from a previous roofer on another part of the property. They worked very hard and were friendly and tidy, completing the job on time and on budget. Really pleased with the work that Colin and his team did on our house… working with All About Asbestos they removed a tatty old asbestos roof, cleaned off a load of dead ivy and created a sleek new resin roof. Shopped around & decided to use this Co. So glad I did. The quote for the job, was just that.No hidden extras. No hard sell. Courteous, professional & a fabulous overall job. Existing tiles were reused to save costs. They scrubbed them up, so roof looks almost new. Highly recommend this company. John the boss, is a nice chappie as well.

Very professional. Good communication and work carried out quickly and efficiently. I had all felt and battens replaced as badly needed renewing. All tiles removed, cleaned and put back into place. Brilliant! I had a hole in my roof that had been bugging me for weeks. Not too big but enough to start to cause a problem shortly with the winter weather coming in. Called Luke on Wednesday, he was round and had fixed it on Thursday within half an hour. Really nice chap, very professional and will be keeping him on speed dial just in case! A terrific company to do business with. Our roof was properly failing and had come to the end of its life having been put on in 1901. They quoted in writing very quickly , were very competitive on price including VAT and offered a 10 year guarantee. They turned up on the first day without any fuss or drama . We are so happy with the outcome on our Edwardian house. The roof was completely replaced as was the flat roof to the rear. David and Ralph were punctual and present each day as agreed and only when bad weather intervened did they take a break. This they did over Whatsapp and email so all very transparent . They also arranged and liaised with scaffolders and other contractors who used the scaffolding to access the high parts of the house that needed a bit of attention. They improved our chimney stacks , finials and guttering as part of a complete makeover as well as sorting out the council required notification/sign off . I was happy to receive great advice and information about our new roof. All in all as painless as it could have been and we felt like important and valued customers. Awesome.. Highly recommended

A fantastic local business like ourselves who have completed works on a number of our properties and long-term rentals, a rapid response service. They have recently purchased a cherry picker and this has come in very useful on our tall buildings. The building I have attached a picture of you can clearly see we cannot easily have scaffolding so the new cherry picker does the job fantastically only having to block the road for a few minutes saving valuable time and money.
