Absolute life saver! Called at 6:50pm and had a lovely guy out to me by 7:20 we was into my car within minutes. My son has medical needs so having a car is a necessity to transfer him in time to get help. So having someone who picked the phone up and came straight to me was amazing. Excellent service from Nic. Needed spare keys for a used car that we had bought that only came with one key. Rather than just giving him the registration number, he wanted access to the car and remaining key to check that the new keys opened the door and started the car before he handing them over to us. Would definitely recommend!!

I had a remote key where one of the buttons was coming apart and I saw Nic’s Replace My Car Key company advert on a Facebook group. Nic did an excellent job of replacing my existing key fob with a folding one. The quality of the key fob is great and feels robust. Price was £160. It was £185 for a standard non folding replacement from Mercedes. I would definitely use Nic again and would highly recommend him.

I left my house in a rush this morning and I was tired so, subsequently I forgot to pick up my keys. As soon as the front door closed, I realised what I'd done. I phoned Charlie and he answered immediately. He came out and was with me within 25 minutes of calling. He managed to open my door without changing the lock either. I would definitely recommend Charlie, he was so polite, friendly, yet professional at all times. A real life saver!

Charlie came out on the Sunday after Christmas, 20 mins after the initial phonecall! We were back in the house within 5 minutes of him arriving! Absolute superstar and very reasonable price! Charlie was great. Replied to my online enquiry within minutes and we agreed an appointment time later the same day. Would 100% recommend his services. My problem was a UPVC door which wouldn’t open. He sorted it out and serviced the whole locking mechanism. Even had time to give my dog a cuddle in the process so she recommends him too!

Brilliant company to engage with as a customer. Our letterbox and door handle furniture had weathered badly during the last ten years. The composite door and door furniture was provided by another company from new. I contacted Safe and Secure by phone to seek replacement parts. The locksmith attended that afternoon and took measurements. I received a phone call the next day to inform us the order for the parts would take two days to arrive. It was mutually agree the fitting would take place a day later than offered by the locksmith. The locksmith arrived a little late due to traffic congestion, but we were informed by the shop of the delay, and installed the fittings within 20 minutes. He gave us a brief rundown on operating the lock. This was necessary as the manufacturer, Yale, no longer manufacture the security feature previously installed. We are very happy with the whole process.

Having stupidly locked ourselves out of the house we got in touch with Garry, he arrived very quickly and managed to get the door unlocked. Went into the shop today and the man was very helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else to have keys cut. Since i have been using this company for a few years now. I had an excellent experience with Paul and his apprentice, Wojtek, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were polite, prompt, and patient throughout the entire process. Despite the challenging situation of a drilled barrel lock on our patio door (so no where to put a key and unlock the door), Paul's expertise shone through as he as carefully dismantled the lock, opened the door, and installed a new lock. He even went the extra mile to lift the patio doors so the locks aligned perfectly. Paul’s rates were very reasonable, and I was impressed with how quickly Paul was able to respond to our call. I Inadvertently snapped off a key in my office cabinet that held lots of important documents. I have been waiting for my order for over a week however the order was placed late in the last working day prior to a bank holiday. A couple of weeks ago this company was my saving grace! I had taken a class on a school trip and unfortunately lost my car keys. This company went above and beyond to help me get back into my car. It was essential as I was using my car to visit a loved one in hospital. They provided me with another programmable key and were very professional and fitted me in straight away. I would recommend this company as so many people had let me down and these guys were literally my angels!

This firm provide brilliant service via Mr R Whatley, THAT EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS and is an absolute delight to have found. Used their contact form on website about stranded Ford Ranger with ignition lock stuck at night. They called back at 8am in the morning, came out and provided the perfect solution by 11.30am They even saved me on costs. Wonderful. If only more business experiences were available of such good service just think how much greater joy it would bring.

I used Deal Locksmiths to get my dads door sorted, they confirmed immediately an appointment for the afternoon, which was good as the door wouldn’t lock.. Mark sorted it all out quickly, and then texted me (who’d made the appointment as my dads fairly old), to confirm all done.. all in all I found this to be a great service and would recommend..

We rang as a tennant couldnt lock the front door, and very quick she had someone at her door to fix the problem. They made sure she could lock and unlock her door when they'd finished, replaced the barrell and done all repairs necessary. No it wasnt cheap but for a quality job with british standard locks and a 5 year guarantee, together with obviously a call out charge it was about what i expected it to be. I couldnt fault the speed, the efficiency and i would have no hesitation to recommend these people 100%
