I recently had a new front door fitted but unfortunately there had been a problem with the mechanism resulting in me being locked in my house a couple of times and I had lost all trust in the window & door company who fitted it. I contacted Charlie asking if he would service the door and check for any issues. Charlie came next day, he was calm, friendly and knowledgeable and gave me peace of mind. Would happily recommend and would definitely use again.

I left my house in a rush this morning and I was tired so, subsequently I forgot to pick up my keys. As soon as the front door closed, I realised what I'd done. I phoned Charlie and he answered immediately. He came out and was with me within 25 minutes of calling. He managed to open my door without changing the lock either. I would definitely recommend Charlie, he was so polite, friendly, yet professional at all times. A real life saver!

Charlie came out on the Sunday after Christmas, 20 mins after the initial phonecall! We were back in the house within 5 minutes of him arriving! Absolute superstar and very reasonable price! In the nicest possible way, I hope I don't need to use his services again, but wouldn't hesitate in recommending the business to anyone!

Charlie was great. Replied to my online enquiry within minutes and we agreed an appointment time later the same day. Would 100% recommend his services. My problem was a UPVC door which wouldn’t open. He sorted it out and serviced the whole locking mechanism. Even had time to give my dog a cuddle in the process so she recommends him too!

Charlie arrived today to fix my front door lock..he went above and beyond to get the door locking properly again and he had it fixed in no time. Very professional, friendly service and a good price considering he had to replace the whole locking mechanism and give me three new keys. I would definitely recommend Charlie to others .
