I have been a client of The Cleaning Fairy for over 9 years now, they do both my home and my office weekly. The first and most important treat i worked for when I got started in business. I would not have stayed loyal to them if i had any reservations about the service they provide, in fact in 9 years i have had nothing but amazing attention to detail, caring and skilled cleaners, my home and office always sparkle and I don’t have to lift a finger. I simply cannot sing their praises enough, there is nothing like coming home to a sparkly clean house and even the toilet roll has special folds to make it look nice. Carlie and her collegue completed a deep clean of my house recently and it was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they made friends with my two dogs! Carlie was very responsive and called me back within two hours of my initial call and booked the cleaning in the following week. I have have now booked a regular weekly clean. Great company, have been using them for around 7-8 months now. I just do a 1 hour once a month clean for upkeeping of toilets / kitchen etc. but also manage to get in a good hoover/ mopping and dusting. I book 6 months slots in advance and they’re very happy to do this for me. 100% would recommend. Very friendly people too.

Lee and his team did a brilliant job, deep cleaning the whole of our rental property. They were thorough, professional, courteous and entirely trustworthy. We have recently appointed CTW to do a weekly clean of our offices in Ashford after not being particularly pleased with our current office clean. We couldn't be more impressed and the office has never looked so clean. Their pricing was competitive and they have fit in around us to clean when the office is closed. After being so impressed we have subsequently got CTW to do our house cleaning and a End of Tenancy clean which again was done to a amazing standard. We have used Broomsticks on various projects over the past year and have found them to be extremely reliable and efficient. Communication is spot on and we have always received a first-class service on every one of our projects they have cleaned. They were recently appointed on one of our school refurbishment projects and the client was blown away by the shine they managed to create on some well used existing art sink units and how clean the team managed to get the existing electrical trunking.
