This is the first time my family have had home cleaning and we are so glad that we used the services of Bright and Beautiful. We recently had a deep clean, and the cleaners exceeded our expectations. All rooms were immaculate, dusting, hoovering was fantastic. Our oven desperately needed a clean, and now it looks brand new. Excellent service and communication. Martin responded very quickly to my first email, answering all my questions and provided a clear and fair quote for the services requested. Martin arrived precisely on time, explained everything to me and then got to it. Gutters cleared, fascias, soffits, cladding and windows scrubbed and cleaned. Cladding looks like new and everything feels so much better. Very happy with the service and will be scheduling regular window cleans from now on. Just make sure to keep him topped up with a cup of coffee!

I used Mrs Brilliant's service for an end of tenancy cleaning. She did an amazing job, and I couldn't recommend her service more! Mrs Brilliant has done a wonderful job in our flat. As full-time students, we only had a little time on our hands to maintain a certain standard of cleanliness and were afraid of losing our deposit. After a while of considering getting a new sofa due to multiple spillages over the years, and struggling to remove the stains ourselves, we decided to hire Alpha cleaning first to see if they could salvage our beloved sofa. The results in the photos speak for themselves! I couldn't believe how good it looked. The colour has been well and truly revived and the patches we hated so much have completely gone! We also had our carpets throughout the house cleaned and although they weren't particularly bad they look like they have a new lease of life. We thoroughly recommend their services!

Alpha came to my house today for an oven, hob and extractor clean. We moved to this new estate in March 2023, after almost 18 months of use the oven was a little over due! They provided a really professional service and Amy and Wes are lovely people too. The oven, hob and extractor look like they did when we moved in to our new build. They also had a spare bulb in stock too, ours had blown a few weeks ago. I really recommend them and have also requested some quotes on some carpet and upholstery! Absolutely amazing service. I spent a large sum of money on a Pro 35 CRB through finance. The team at cleansmart even picked up that the figures were slightly wrong which saved me a big headache. Response time is impeccable, no issue to small and even after couple of weeks after purchase a follow up email asking if everything was good. Absolutely fantastic service! We have Louise regularly, and she is just amazing. Very thorough and I love the special touches she leaves, like the lovely displays with our toilet rolls, reorganising items in our bedrooms/bathrooms so much better than I do, kindly moving and reassembling utensils/blenders from our kitchen drying rack saving me time!!...and to top it off, she's so lovely - always a pleasure when she comes over :) Very happy customers, Ana & Joe

After using other companies and not being satisfied with the clean of our home, I have finally found Capable Cleaners. I have regular 2 week, 3 hour cleans and am extremely happy with their service. Job is always completed to a high standard and they will utilise the full 3 hours doing extra little jobs if needed. Also great communication system via text and email. Would highly recommend.

Ian did a wonderful job doing an end tenancy for my sister. A carpet that we had always thought as brown came up grey, we always had rugs on it as we did not like the colour. Ian took the stress of this cleaning job and we coukdn't thank him enough. We would recommend him for his excellent work, his always happy nature and his above and beyond ability to fit into my hectic day while he just got on cleaned and quietly let me know when he was going to finish so i could organise to meet up and collect the keys. Ian is always professional and does a perfect job. We have dogs so always aware the carpets and furnishings need cleaning. Always brings them up so clean. He takes so much care in hospice work. Highly recommended.

Ian did such an incredible job! His system managed to remove black slime, make up and a coffee stain from light carpets on an end of tenancy clean. The best thing is the dry cleaning system left it 100% dry so the new tenants were able to move straight in without drying time. He was so knowledgeable and personable, would 100% recommend and will always use him in future.
