Martin cleaned all my gutters,facias and conservatory today. They were very dirty and had not been cleaned for a few years. They all come up beautifully white. I am very happy with the work that was carried out. They were very friendly and efficient. Thank for an excellent job.

Excellent service and communication. Martin responded very quickly to my first email, answering all my questions and provided a clear and fair quote for the services requested. Martin arrived precisely on time, explained everything to me and then got to it. Gutters cleared, fascias, soffits, cladding and windows scrubbed and cleaned. Cladding looks like new and everything feels so much better. Very happy with the service and will be scheduling regular window cleans from now on. Just make sure to keep him topped up with a cup of coffee!

Really pleased with the results, Martin was super responsive to my enquiry and then got us booked in without a huge wait. The cladding had not been cleaned since we moved in 5 years ago but that was no problem at all for Martin. The finished job has really made the house look so much nicer. We have used Broomsticks on various projects over the past year and have found them to be extremely reliable and efficient. Communication is spot on and we have always received a first-class service on every one of our projects they have cleaned. They were recently appointed on one of our school refurbishment projects and the client was blown away by the shine they managed to create on some well used existing art sink units and how clean the team managed to get the existing electrical trunking. Excellent, professional service for our end of tenancy clean. The ladies from KV transformed our grubby apartment so it was like new again within 72 hours of contacting them. Great attention to detail. Delighted with the condition of the bedroom carpet, which was black! Would highly recommend.

I asked Mrs Brilliant for an end of tenancy clean in my flat in Maidstone where I lived with a flatmate for almost 3 years. I don’t even need to mention the state of the flat where two full time students spent most of their time trying to pass their final exams. I have no idea ow they did the cleaning but the end result was impressive! My apartment was spotless; I almost didn’t recognise it. Much better than when I got it. Mrs Brilliant has done a wonderful job in our flat. As full-time students, we only had a little time on our hands to maintain a certain standard of cleanliness and were afraid of losing our deposit. The flat was pretty dirty, but Mrs Brilliant left it spotless. Her standard of cleaning is very high. We got our deposit back in full. Thank you, Mrs Brilliant!

Always receive a text the day before to let me know when coming, always on time unless weather conditions are poor which is understandable. I love that I can just pay monthly on standing order, leave my gate open and Sean will just come in get the job done so it’s completely hassle free. Absolutely fantastic service! We have Louise regularly, and she is just amazing. Very thorough and I love the special touches she leaves, like the lovely displays with our toilet rolls, reorganising items in our bedrooms/bathrooms so much better than I do, kindly moving and reassembling utensils/blenders from our kitchen drying rack saving me time!!...and to top it off, she's so lovely - always a pleasure when she comes over :) Very happy customers, Ana & Joe

After using other companies and not being satisfied with the clean of our home, I have finally found Capable Cleaners. I have regular 2 week, 3 hour cleans and am extremely happy with their service. Job is always completed to a high standard and they will utilise the full 3 hours doing extra little jobs if needed. Also great communication system via text and email. Would highly recommend.
