We have recently appointed CTW to do a weekly clean of our offices in Ashford after not being particularly pleased with our current office clean. We couldn't be more impressed and the office has never looked so clean. Their pricing was competitive and they have fit in around us to clean when the office is closed. After being so impressed we have subsequently got CTW to do our house cleaning and a End of Tenancy clean which again was done to a amazing standard. We needed a clean of our house after a tenant left it in a poor condition. We were so worried that the house couldn't be brought back to the way it should have been. We did it ourselves last time , but this was serious dirt and grime. We have never used a cleaner before so were worried that it would be expensive and that the results wouldn't be as if we had done it ourselves. Tracy met us the day day after we contacted her,, set our minds to rest , nothing phased her and then delivered within 3 days of the 1st contact. Floors that were left with ingrained dirt and grease are now looking new. Bathrooms are absolutely sparkling. From when we left them to let them get on with it , to visiting today its like the cleaning fairies have visited ! To top all of that they looked after the keys and it was very reasonable cost . Great value for money .

There should be 10 stars for a firm like this. Carried out an excellent job of clearing and cleaning gutters, soffits and fascias to 'like new condition'. Attention to detail all the way from quotation to finish. Have used their other services , so HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The chaps were professional and cheerful, in spite of a challenging gutter long overdue cleaning. They arrived when promised and completed the job efficiently and left minimal mess for a reasonable price. Communications were exemplary, with digital receipt sent the same day. We would happily have them back when needed.

I called Alex, he was very helpful, he came to see the property the day I called him, he ran through what he can do, the next day him and his team came and completely transformed the place, when I moved in it was not a livable place, it was so dirty and Alex and his team made it spotless, they tackled everything even the windows and corners, the oven was covered in grease and now it looks brand new. This company is very reliable and would recommend to anyone looking for their place cleaned to high standards, and the customer service was excellent throughout the whole process.

The AGL team has cleaned my house and I cannot believe the level of detail and quality of clean. I did not even believe some areas could be cleaned and brought back to new. I thought they were slightly expensive at first, however after seeing the results, I got much so more for my payment than I thought. They are approachable, honest and genuine and did not do a rushed job. They also did oven cleaning, carpet cleaning and window cleaning. And all done perfectly. My carpets are brand new. Highly recommended 5 star cleaning company.

I can safely say that Alex and the crew were very precise and have deep cleaned my whole student accommodation to perfection. I'm seeing colors of the tiles and surfaces I never saw since I moved in. I used AGL for an end of tenancy clean in august. I still cannot believe what they were able to achieve. I was about to completely change our on-suite bathroom including shower, wc and sink. After they sent me photos of before and after their work, I could not believe the results and personally came in to see it for myself. It looks like a brand new on-suite. I've had mould in the silicone around the shower and sink, the WC was all brown and the shower was all grey/black, all came out to a brilliant white, I did not invest a penny more. I did not even know this was possible. These guys are at the top of their game. I cannot find the words to express how amazed I am with their work. I literally have a brand new on-suite without investing thousands in it, as I only paid their cleaning service. Their manager called me few days later to check if I am happy with the results, I didn't even know what to say. Not only is their work incredible, their customer service is amazing too.
