I have had a couple of cleaning companies and agencies in the past, some good and some bad but for whatever reasons they have all let me down or disappointed me. On a recommendation from a friend I tried Kings and Queens Palace Cleans, right from the assessment Katy came across very approachable and friendly and made me feel excited about what was ahead. Katy agreed to accompany the cleaner until I felt confident that my elderly father was comfortable with someone in our home, the cleaner (Sammy) was lovely and also cared for her elderly parents so was very understanding to my fathers needs. I don't normally leave feedback but felt compelled to do so in this instance as it has been over six months now and we are very happy with the service.

The clean was good with a very prompt arrival of cleaner and great attention to detail. I was impressed by the cleaner's attitude to remove every single bit of dirt, and limescale in the shower was thoroughly removed. I would recommend IB cleaning to my friends in the future if they require a cleaner.

Excellent job doing a deep clean for my property which has been rented out for the past few years. Awesome communication throughout, very quick to reply to any of my queries as well as I've received detailed videos and images with the progress of the cleaning which was superhelpful given that I am currently abroad. Highly recommended and I will be using Halo Maids for regular cleaning going forward.

Harriet was friendly and fast working, she arrived ready to get stuck in & I was so grateful. I can't fault the work that was done, my kitchen never looked better! I'm nervous having new people in my home but she was very polite and was really great when my one year old insisted on pestering her to try and "help".
