Hugo was fantastic. Arrived on time and cleaned the carpets to a very high standard. Our new cat had urinated in a couple of areas and he managed to get all the smells and stains out perfectly. Hugo even left me a small bottle of urine cleaner should the cat do it again - which he did about an hour after Hugo left (but that’s another story!). I will definitely use this company again and judging by the cat’s behaviour, that probably won’t be too far into the future!

Booked in sofa clean as since getting a puppy, it had become filthy. The sofa is like new! And the clean was so thorough!!! What came out in the water was so satisfying to see! Would 100% recommend and use again!

I had some upholstery and a rug cleaned recently. Hugo did a good job. Only other comment would be that the drying time mentioned on the information sheet, at least in my case, was inaccurate. The seat and back cushions on the sofas took two days to dry out, the rug three days. Probably wouldn’t have taken so long if the weather had been warmer and I could have kept the windows open.

We have used Broomsticks on various projects over the past year and have found them to be extremely reliable and efficient. It was such a treat to have Claire and Tegan come and do a deep clean of our home. I've not been able to keep on top of things recently due to a broken ankle and it needed some serious attention and sparkle - I was so embarrassed at the state of it. They both worked incredibly hard and super efficiently, restoring the house back to its former glory. The attention to detail was amazing and I no longer feel embarrassed. I asked Mrs Brilliant for an end of tenancy clean in my flat in Maidstone where I lived with a flatmate for almost 3 years. I don’t even need to mention the state of the flat where two full time students spent most of their time trying to pass their final exams. I have no idea ow they did the cleaning but the end result was impressive! My apartment was spotless; I almost didn’t recognise it. Much better than when I got it. My kitchen looks like new. Everything taken out of cupboards and cleaned. Checked with me first but only put back things that were in date. Outside doors all cleaned. Floors swept and washed, we have tiled floors. Lounge and other rooms dusted and vacuumed, skirting boards cleaned. Today Ernie came to disconnect take out and fit my new dishwasher. He and the ladies that came are from Lithuania. They worked so hard without stopping. Wouldn't even stop for a drink. Well done to them

Very happy with the service received - I organised a deep clean for my mum’s home and the house is sparkling! From first meeting Jag, I was able to discuss my requirements and show her around. After a while of considering getting a new sofa due to multiple spillages over the years, and struggling to remove the stains ourselves, we decided to hire Alpha cleaning first to see if they could salvage our beloved sofa. The results in the photos speak for themselves! I couldn't believe how good it looked. The colour has been well and truly revived and the patches we hated so much have completely gone! We also had our carpets throughout the house cleaned and although they weren't particularly bad they look like they have a new lease of life. We thoroughly recommend their services!

Alpha came to my house today for an oven, hob and extractor clean. We moved to this new estate in March 2023, after almost 18 months of use the oven was a little over due! They provided a really professional service and Amy and Wes are lovely people too. The oven, hob and extractor look like they did when we moved in to our new build. They also had a spare bulb in stock too, ours had blown a few weeks ago. I really recommend them and have also requested some quotes on some carpet and upholstery!
