Charlie was great. Replied to my online enquiry within minutes and we agreed an appointment time later the same day. Would 100% recommend his services. My problem was a UPVC door which wouldn’t open. He sorted it out and serviced the whole locking mechanism. Even had time to give my dog a cuddle in the process so she recommends him too!

Charlie arrived today to fix my front door lock..he went above and beyond to get the door locking properly again and he had it fixed in no time. Very professional, friendly service and a good price considering he had to replace the whole locking mechanism and give me three new keys. I would definitely recommend Charlie to others .

Charlie came out on the Sunday after Christmas, 20 mins after the initial phonecall! We were back in the house within 5 minutes of him arriving! Absolute superstar and very reasonable price! I left my house in a rush this morning and I was tired so, subsequently I forgot to pick up my keys. As soon as the front door closed, I realised what I'd done. I phoned Charlie and he answered immediately. He came out and was with me within 25 minutes of calling. He managed to open my door without changing the lock either. I had an excellent experience with Paul and his apprentice, Wojtek, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were polite, prompt, and patient throughout the entire process. Despite the challenging situation of a drilled barrel lock on our patio door (so no where to put a key and unlock the door), Paul's expertise shone through as he as carefully dismantled the lock, opened the door, and installed a new lock. He even went the extra mile to lift the patio doors so the locks aligned perfectly. Paul’s rates were very reasonable, and I was impressed with how quickly Paul was able to respond to our call. I had a great experience with Paul from Lockfast. I accidentally snapped my key in my bedroom door, but fortunately Paul came to the rescue. He first gave me a great tip over the phone not to close the door, or else I'd lock myself out. He showed up prepared after I sent him some photos of the lock, and even though it was a tough job because my lock and handles are pretty old, he managed to fix it in just a few minutes. He also cut me a new key from the broken one since I didn’t have a spare. Plus, he fixed another door that I couldn’t lock properly, which was making me feel unsafe at home. Paul was super polite and kept me updated throughout the whole process, which really put me at ease. What really stands out about Paul and the Lockfast team is how reliable and quick they are, not to mention their reasonable prices. I’d highly recommend Lockfast to anyone - they really know what they’re doing and take great care of their customers.

Absolute life saver! Called at 6:50pm and had a lovely guy out to me by 7:20 we was into my car within minutes. My son has medical needs so having a car is a necessity to transfer him in time to get help. So having someone who picked the phone up and came straight to me was amazing. I had a remote key where one of the buttons was coming apart and I saw Nic’s Replace My Car Key company advert on a Facebook group. Nic did an excellent job of replacing my existing key fob with a folding one. The quality of the key fob is great and feels robust. Price was £160. It was £185 for a standard non folding replacement from Mercedes. I would definitely use Nic again and would highly recommend him.

Excellent service from Nic. Needed spare keys for a used car that we had bought that only came with one key. Rather than just giving him the registration number, he wanted access to the car and remaining key to check that the new keys opened the door and started the car before he handing them over to us.
