Craig was a fantastic tradesman, I called him in a panic needing a power flush for the hot water system before I could get the boiler repaired by the manufacturer and he agreed to squeeze us in at short notice. He arrived on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable and did the job perfectly. Great value for money. When we need work on the boiler done in the future, we’ll be calling Craig back. Highly recommended, trusted tradesman!! 😊

Craig came to look at the problem the evening I contacted him. He was able to diagnose the problem and contacted me the next day to give a price and date for the repair. Unfortunately he was unable to keep the date due to the previous job overrunning but contacted me early to rearrange for the following day. I have contacted Arton for two separate issues over the past few months. Once for a shower leak and the second a leaking toilet. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, particularly Luke for any plumbing requirements. When reviewing the toilet unfortunately Darren couldn't resolve the issue at the time of diagnosis, so Sue and Jess (in the office) arranged to get a new plumber out the next day, to avoid a delay. A big thank you to Sue and Jess for all their help! The plumber sent was Luke, who was absolutely fantastic and I cannot praise highly enough for his work and how he went above and beyond to help! He came to fix a leaking toilet and during his visit he also resealed around the toilet, replaced the toilet seat, removed sealant from around our bath and sorted out our bath. I cannot thank Luke enough for his effort, time and help! Thank you Luke! Nothing was too much trouble and he was willing to go the extra mile, which was greatly appreciated! Guy’s have done a lot of work on my home installing a new full heating system and boiler. They also fitted a new bathroom and downstairs cloak room. We are pleased with the standard of work which was efficiently carried out with a friendly, hard working team.

After usual plumber didn't get back to me opted for these guys after a Google search. What I will say is: - They were prompt and clear in communication, in explaining the issue, the cost to fix it, and in booking the day. - The guys that came round to the house were polite (even taking the time to explain the plumbing to my inquisitive 4 year old), they were tidy and they were quick. - And the main reason you ask for a plumber; what was leaking is no longer leaking. So all in all great job and they have become my usual plumber.

We had a wonderful experience with Stewart at the Kent plumber. Stewart is a knowledgeable & professional multi trader who completely redesigned three rooms in my house, being, my en suit bathroom, main house bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. This included taking all three rooms back to bare brick and starting again. From start to finish we felt that he really understood what we wanted in our designs, he was helpful and full of tips and suggestions, for example, I had never thought about having a bath with no taps! and nothing was too much trouble. All major work was completed to an exceptionally high standard. He is friendly, reliable, trustworthy and fairly priced. I called Josh late on a Friday afternoon due to a leak underneath my boiler. He tried to help over the phone straight away, but due to the issue it couldn’t be done. He then made sure someone came out to me as soon as they could, they were very professional and efficient, cleaned up and everything was restored to the way it was when he arrived, after taking flooring up! Systematically ruled out potential culprits… found the leak, went out for spare parts, repaired the leak, tidied the area and left good as before… would wholeheartedly recommend Nick and such a nice guy ! Amazing! Sherry came round at first as an emergency to check on our heating system. It was clear we needed a new boiler, he made sure we didn’t go cold by giving us some courtesy radiators which was great.
