It’s been our dream to be able to incorporate a bath, and thanks to you guys; we’ve finally been able to do it. Working in Victorian houses, in small spaces with limited access - has its challenges, and we’re very grateful for your flexibility.

I contacted Josh when I believed I had discovered a leak early in the morning. He was prompt to respond and kept me up to date on timing he was expected around. When he arrived, he quickly found the issue, gave me a fair price to solve and managed to solve the issue. Super efficient and courteous. I have used many plumbers in the area before who take you for a ride, Josh is not that guy, his number is 100% saved going forward and would encourage others to use him!

Josh did a great job for us at replacing a seized mains valve into our property on an emergency call out. He got a lot of detail over the phone before coming out and was with us in a couple of hours. He was tidy, polite and explained everything clearly along the way. Very reasonable charges with no surprises or hidden costs. We will be using him again.

I called Highway Plumbing and Drainage to resolve a blocked drain. They were with me within three hours and resolved the issue quickly. They also checked to see that there were not any potential longer term issues. In desperation I contacted RJL in March because my boiler had broken down and tradesmen in my area couldn’t come out for a week. Even though a little out of my area they came out, recommended a new boiler, came back and fitted it along with 2 new radiators and all for a price that undercut a local company by £300. Very impressed and I highly recommend
