Yesterday, we noticed our bathroom sink has clogged. We immediately called Sevenoaks Plumbing & Water Heaters if they could repair the issue. The plumber did quite well in repairing it back. Two thumbs up!

Clearly an expert with lots of experience, Dean correctly diagnosed the problem straight away and fully resolved the issue within half an hour of my initial call. The hot water flow to my bath is now perfect. I am pleased to find such a good plumber local to me.

Dean got to me on time and was presentable, friendly and helpful. I had two toilets which wouldn't stop flushing. It turned out that parts for both were discontinued, despite not being very old. Dean came up with alternatives. One toilet ended up being an easy fix, the other had to come out for a part to be replaced. He was calm and professional, advising me every step of the way what he was doing and seeking my consent for proceeding. He also kept me informed as to cost. He worked carefully, with respect for my home and successfully fixed both toilets. I would definitely use him again.

Fantastic service from Michael after our boiler broke down over the Christmas period. He came to try and fix it very quickly and then provided us with options to suit our situation and budget and went out of his way to help us sort it all out. It was really appreciated that Alex was able to give a sensible quote and short time frame to install a complete shower and vanity unit installation, tidy all the existing pipe work from the original bath. Our boiler stopped working this morning, on the coldest day so far. Mark from Pure Plumbers came out within two hours of my call to the company and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.
