I recently had my bath replaced with a shower. I knew roughly what I wanted, but after being given suggestions and advice, now have a beautiful shower unit which I am very pleased with. Richard Webster also maintains my heating boiler and I would certainly recommend him.

I needed a complete bathroom refurb, Great service from beginning to end. he gave me pointers of what I could and couldn’t have with my system. James gave me lots of ideas from previous jobs. I told him what I was after and he has gone above and beyond with great attention to detail. He altered existing pipe work to bring it in line with current regulations. The ceiling had a poor touch up previously which James brought back to an amazing standard with some amazing lights that he had recommended. Really happy with everything and would highly recommend him to anyone

James did a great job diagnosing the issue with our low water pressure and advising a suitable means of fixing. The team installed a great new system quickly and professionally at a very reasonable price and I couldn’t be happier with the work. Couldn’t recommend these guys more.

PS: He also put the plaster back and added a first layer of filling. I had to do a bit of sandpapering and a second layer of filling, but trust me, I have two left hands and I still made it :-)

This is my first experience of dealing with Phoenix, I just wish I had found them before. I was given a time scale for the engineer to arrive and he was there very near the start time. He assessed the job, fixed it with none of the spiel I've experienced with other plumbers. Brilliant

Pheonix were contractors for our agent when we used to rent our home and they were always nice to deal with. So when needed a plumber in our own place, they were the first people we called. They've aced everything asked of them, from emergency call outs, to boiler repairs and the biggest one: fitting a new shower, new valves and pipework and re-seating the bath properly. The workmanship is excellent and the people are all super helpful and friendly including the office ladies, will definitely call again if we need someone. (Hopefully not for a while 😅) . Great stuff from start to finish we have been dealing with a leak from the back our toilet that has been getting worse and worse over time we booked in these chaps and they replaced a pan connector and jetted the external manhole. Job well done thanks.

24 Hour Emergency Plumbers technician came quickly after hours and pumped our septic. He was so kind, knowledgeable, and informed us on do's and don'ts of septic maintenance. The price, even with the emergency fee, was super reasonable. We will definitely keep them in mind for other projects and emergencies!
