Mick came recommended from a good friend, new Vaillant boiler fitted, good, clean, honest hard work. Trustworthy and reliable workmanship. Would definitely use again and recommended.

This is a Family run business who I have used before to install Two boilers for me which were both installed to a high standard. I booked them in to change and install my new bathroom with what was thought to be done with minimal re-plumbing work. This was not the case and the bathroom needed complete re-plumbing. Mick and his son Alfie worked extremely hard to ensure everything was replumbed and the bathroom installed before Christmas. I am extremely pleased the results. They were both very professional and respectful of our property, leaving it in a good state before leaving each day. Mick even offered some advice on some of my planned design ideas which was invaluable as I ended up with more space and the bathroom looking better to the eye. I cannot thank this company enough for all they have done. There are some cosmetic works still to be done but as already stated above, Mick wanted to make sure I had a working bathroom which I have. Unfortunately, I had problems with the first oil boiler Mick installed which was to do with the boiler and the manufacturer not Mick. Mick and Christine supported me through this procedure and it was decided, by the manufacturer, that the money be returned to me. This was nothing to do with Micks work! Mick has since installed an LPG boiler for me and again this was done to a high standard. He even gave advice on where the best place to put the boiler was and where I could buy a customised boiler cupboard that would match my kitchen. The expertise of this company is second to none and I know that everything is done to a high standard, giving me a full sense of security. Thank you so much

Mick is a total boiler boffin and is an endless font of knowledge for all makes and models. He also came out very quickly when my elderly mother’s boiler stopped working. A bit pricey, but if you want a good job these days, it costs.

Mick couldn't of been kinder to my very elderly Father when his boiler one morning had no hot water or heating despite it being regularly serviced by another company. They were not interested in taking a look at the boiler, and another company said he needed a new boiler! I saw the very smart van next to me at a petrol station and as Mick looked smart and friendly I approached him. As my Father lived nearby, Mick offered to take a look at it. He confirmed that a new boiler was not necessary and that he would get the parts for the boiler and fit it the next day, which he duly did! What a fabulous service!! What we didn't know was that a carpet layer had used very long tacks/nails and had penetrated a pipe, so a few days later, Mick came back on the same day to sort another problem out! At all times, he was polite, extremely knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and explained what was wrong and fixed it!! I was so impressed that I asked Mick to service our boiler, which he duly did. He informed us that the house's earth was on the street pipe and not on the house pipe, and nobody had picked that up in over 10 years!! I really can not praise Mick highly enough and recommend his companies services. His wife Christine always replied to my messages and is a very efficient administrator and organiser and ensured that the bills and any documentation were sent quickly to us.

New Worcester boiler fitted to exterior of 1920's barge. Used Boiler Care as they came recommended to us. It was a tricky installation as a tug was required to get the 26 stone boiler to located site, but this didn't phase them. Work was thorough and they took to care to tidy up after themselves throughout the 3 days. Lovely family run company. Good job.
