Did a great job. Had a gas leak and came out same day to propose a creative solution that meant the job needed doing only once and properly, when the gas company was suggesting a stop gap solution that would mean doing it twice at greater expense. Would definitely recommend and use again. Work was carried out quickly to a high standard and all mess cleared away.

Had a water leak in what is an old metal pipe underneath the bathroom floor. Bal responded quickly to the call (late on Saturday evening) and helped control the leak straightaway. He returned back the next day (as agreed dot on the clock) with the right parts to fix the leak. It was tricky pipework with all sorts of access issues, but Bal found the way to fix it. Very professional, punctual and more importantly excellent quality work.

We had a new shower fitted by Brad and new tiling. The job wasn't easy as our room wasn't square but we can't express enough how brilliant he was from start to finish. He was punctual, informative, enthusiastic, tidy, skilful, knowledgeable, professional and SO hard working and nothing was too much trouble. We feel so lucky to have found him and his number is firmly in our book for future work.

We are so glad to have found such a fantastic plumber. Brad recently replaced our bath and shower cubicle and we are extremely pleased with his work. My downstairs toilet needed totally revamping. PJ Property came in priced up the job including new flooring through the hallway and into the toilet. Excellent job done in good time.

Andy and Richard supplied and installed our new boiler and shower unit to a very high standard. The final price came in as quoted and worked in a tidy and friendly manner. We will have them back for any future projects and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommended. Jaguar Plumbing and Drainage completed my bathroom refurbishment to a very high standard. The job included replacing the floor boards and putting up a stud wall. What stands out is the attention to detail and high level of workmanship.

Andy came to fix my boiler within 24 hours. He even doesn’t mind work on Sat. He is quite professional and experienced to check my boiler and accurately identified the problem. He replaced a new fan and my boiler resumed its functioning. He also conducted a regular check on my boiler. He is generous to give me advice on how to maintain my boiler and gas system. He didn’t mind answering my questions and explaining in details. He is tidy and would not make my place messy. He finished the installation and checking within 2 hours. Good job!

Sean from Brian's plumbing came to investigate a problem with our hot water system. Spent time checking everything and advised was a fault with our water softener and advised us to contact a water softener engineer. Problem with our dishwasher which Sean checked and advised this can sometimes happen, run it again and if it happens again, give us a call. He was right, no problem. An honest trustworthy company and we would not hesitate to deal with them again.

Have used Brian's (mainly his son Neil) for a number of years now. He did a superb job on the ensuite for our loft five years ago (as well as fitting rads etc) and regularly services the boiler. As money was tight, we decided to use a local 'builder' from Gravesend to do the refurb for our family bathroom. Complete disaster. Had to get Neil and team in to fix leaks and recheck all connections. Again, did a superb job. Very professional. You defo get what you pay for.

Brian's company were fab, they came out the same day that we called them, and a new boiler was fitted 3 days later. The staff were friendly, helpful and friendly. Would heartily recommend this company for plumbing issues.
