Wow! I had read the amazing reviews and thought them too good to be true, but Jani was amazing. I just called on the day and he said he would be out a bit later, he turned up early and fixed a problem I had on a front door lock. He never tried to sell me replacement mechanisms etc, but simply adjusted a particular part of the existing lock and oiled the mechanism. All done in under 30 minutes and at a very good price. All on a very old door. Very polite friendly man . Would absolutely recommend Jani to anyone.

I highly recommend Jan! After explaining that our patio doors had been sealed shut by a previous tradesman and the lock was completely broken, he came the same day and tackled the tricky job with expertise. He had all the required parts ready in his van, was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and worked efficiently while keeping everything tidy. I had an excellent experience with Paul and his apprentice, Wojtek, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were polite, prompt, and patient throughout the entire process. Despite the challenging situation of a drilled barrel lock on our patio door (so no where to put a key and unlock the door), Paul's expertise shone through as he as carefully dismantled the lock, opened the door, and installed a new lock. He even went the extra mile to lift the patio doors so the locks aligned perfectly. Paul’s rates were very reasonable, and I was impressed with how quickly Paul was able to respond to our call. I had a great experience with Paul from Lockfast. I accidentally snapped my key in my bedroom door, but fortunately Paul came to the rescue. He first gave me a great tip over the phone not to close the door, or else I'd lock myself out. He showed up prepared after I sent him some photos of the lock, and even though it was a tough job because my lock and handles are pretty old, he managed to fix it in just a few minutes. He also cut me a new key from the broken one since I didn’t have a spare. Plus, he fixed another door that I couldn’t lock properly, which was making me feel unsafe at home. Paul was super polite and kept me updated throughout the whole process, which really put me at ease. What really stands out about Paul and the Lockfast team is how reliable and quick they are, not to mention their reasonable prices. I’d highly recommend Lockfast to anyone - they really know what they’re doing and take great care of their customers.

A2 Car Keys - as a company, I honestly cannot recommend Mark highly enough. What a really genuine, decent and friendly guy! My elderly father has a 2010 VW Golf that one of the keys was very worn and stopped working. After reading the reviews of A2 Car Keys online I contacted Mark to book him to assemble a replacement key. My father shortly after, decided he'd like to arrange a new set of two keys for his car instead of just the one. Mark was prompt, turning up on the same afternoon we called him. Nothing was too much to ask - and he also advised on an option of two key types - one being a much better build/improved quality of car key as a replacement. We went with the improved quality keys and arranged two replacement for his Golf. Mark built them, programmed them, and also coded the original key to match in with the new ones too. The price of the work was really really reasonable. If any of you require car keys - as reiterated at the start of this review....I cannot recommend Mark highly enough! You wont be disappointed. Thank you once again Mark - everything was very much appreciated.

I would like to thank and recommend Mark for his very prompt action; when phoning him to say I had inadvertently locked my two little grandsons in the car and had no spare key. Called on a Sunday morning and round in 15 mins, had the lock out and new one in, just 1 hour. Very fast and very friendly, he had to order sum new parts he keep me in the know if won’t was going on 👍. Came back on Friday and was all done in 30 mins door is working batter now then it was new. 👍

This was a bizarre case on my part, as I reported that my back door lock was broken, but I had merely been using the wrong key. I paid the Call Out charge, but the Locksmith took the trouble to do some repair work on the door itself anyway that he had noticed was faulty - you really cannot ask for more than that! Am a very grateful customer.
