Timpsons is always good service and honest prices. Plus as an employee owned firm you know your money is going to the staff, not faceless uber-rich billionaires

Mark went over and above to get my shirt cleaned quickly after I asked if it was possible. In fact, I needed it for a funeral, but he didn’t know that. But he sensed it was important and managed to get it cleaned a day faster than expected. I’m very grateful to him.

I don't ever give reviews but the service at Timpson (within Morrisons at Wincheap) deserves recognition. I don't know the name of the guy who works there but it is by far the best customer service i have recently received. His knowledge and care was exceptional and to top it all off my duvets have come back like new. If you are looking to have duvets cleaned this is the place to go, it was considerably cheaper than the local launderette and they were ready next day.
