Barry was able to attend within the hour when my front door lock broke. It turned out to be not a straightforward job so he fixed a temporary lock and ordered the part needed and fixed it very quickly as soon as the part was available. Highly recommend!

Had to call out Barry in Sunday afternoon for a jammed front door lock and couldn't get in. He was fantastic. Arrived very quickly, replaced the lock quickly and efficiently. Wonderful service and reasonable price for a weekend call-out. Highly recommend him.

Excellent work! I wanted all the exterior locks changed as I’ve just moved in and wasn’t entirely sure I had all copies of the keys to the existing locks. Barry made quick work of changing two of the locks. The third was a bit problematic but he worked tirelessly to sort the issue and has left the lock in a better state than he found it. He also changed a major part at no extra cost. I couldn’t be happier with the service. A consummate professional. Highly recommended

Garry was quick to respond to my email and book to come and fix my door lock issues. He arrived on time and carried out a service to identify the problem then replaced the parts needed for a reasonable price which was clearly stated before starting.

Fantastic service!! Our door lock broke on our way out of the house, googled local locksmith and Gary was with us within 20 minutes. Sorted our door, changed handles and made spare keys for us all in less than an hour. Lovely man, fantastic service, can’t recommend him enough!

This is the 2nd time Gary has come to the rescue. The 1st time was several years ago to replace a garage lock, and today to replace a front door lock. Both times Gary has been prompt, very professional and done a very good job at a reasonable price. There was good communication about the job, the price and time of arrival. I thoroughly recommend and will definitely use him again if necessary.

Mark went over and above to get my shirt cleaned quickly after I asked if it was possible. In fact, I needed it for a funeral, but he didn’t know that. But he sensed it was important and managed to get it cleaned a day faster than expected. I’m very grateful to him.
