Miki, the locksmith, was extremely professional and polite. He arrived right on time at the location we agreed on and duplicated my car key quickly and efficiently. The service was truly FANTASTIC! Excellent service from Pete. Found locks n tools the night before and enquired on WhatsApp, by the morning they had replied and could offer same day service for lock replacement. Not an hour later they messaged advising they could come earlier due to a cancellation. Pete was punctual, polite and so friendly and helpful. Changed our locks and offered additional advice and other company recommendations for different works we are planning. Really happy with the cost and service. Highly recommend.

Pete came to my home today, not only did what I had asked but pointed out what else was needed to bring both entrance doors back up to a fully usable and maintained standard. Really appreciate what Pete was able to do using his expertise.

Excellent service and very knowledable! I needed a mortice lock changed on a timber front door. Shane was very easy to make contact with. I contacted him over WhatsApp and he responded within minutes. I told him what my needs were and he explained what the best option was. His price was reasonable and he was available almost immediately at a time that suited me. He came on time, carried out the work professionally and tidied up after the work was completed leaving it looking considerably better than the previous lock had likely ever looked!. He then took the time to explain to me how the lock worked, demonstrated it to me and made sure I knew how to use it. Throughout the process Shane was very polite and courteous. It was clear from the start that Shane knows what he's talking about and has years of experience. It's very hard to find tradesman that work to these standards so I'd have no hesitations in recommending him.

A true professional locksmith. I have a slightly strange security setup and Shane knew exactly the issue and how to resolve it before attending - others had failed to resolve the issue I was having. Exactly the service I would expect from a master locksmith and is reasonably priced. I also got a whole host of information before Shane left on how to manage and maintain my security requirements. After being stung I could not recommend this service highly enough

John was so kind & helpful. He came out as a non urgent call-out to open my garage door. It was really tricky, requiring lots of different tricks to get it unlocked (linked to an electrical motor / fob / zapper). He was patient, friendly, professional & kept me updated throughout. Lovely fast service and a pleasure to deal with, John went over and above to source and replace two locks for me and before he left he quickly fixed a door handle for me that was hanging off precariously. I would highly recommend.

John arrived within 30 minutes of my call and repaired a multilock door which had a broken gearbox. It was too complicated for me to understand, let alone fix. He carried a spare identical gearbox in his van and was finished 30 minutes later. Excellent work and a very nice man.

Can’t recommend John enough. He arrived within 1.5 hours of my initial call when my key snapped in half in the lock and was so quick and efficient I didn’t even have time to boil the kettle to make him a cup of tea! Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you John!

Great service from Jamie. I found the business on google, messaged Jamie on WhatsApp and he replied back within a few days. Very helpful, changed 4 door locks and provided great pricing. Beforehand he didn’t need photos or much detail about the job which kept it nice and simple, also shows that he is experienced. I asked on arrival if he could put up the ring doorbell and he did that too for a small extra fee which I had no problem in paying as the convenience mattered more to me. Jamie put me in contact with another person with other bits needed in my property. Overall great service, friendly guy and got the job done quick. Thanks a lot!

Jamie was great from the beginning to the end. He was extremely friendly and polite. He did a great job in fixing my door, I believe he charged honestly, in comparison to other businesses. I had another locksmith who came the night before, who actually ruined my door further, and took money without even fixing the problem. Jamie was actually a God send, he waited till the door was fixed before taking any money and I will recommend to others.

Dan is an honest gentleman and does an excellent job. Had a worn out front door handle and Dan did a great job fitting a new one and oiling the latch for easy locking. He also fixed the back door by adjusting the locks and key mechanism. Saved me buying a new door!

I highly recommend Jan! After explaining that our patio doors had been sealed shut by a previous tradesman and the lock was completely broken, he came the same day and tackled the tricky job with expertise. He had all the required parts ready in his van, was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and worked efficiently while keeping everything tidy. On top of that, he’s a genuinely nice person and offered a very fair price. Fantastic service!

Wow! I had read the amazing reviews and thought them too good to be true, but Jani was amazing. I just called on the day and he said he would be out a bit later, he turned up early and fixed a problem I had on a front door lock. He never tried to sell me replacement mechanisms etc, but simply adjusted a particular part of the existing lock and oiled the mechanism. All done in under 30 minutes and at a very good price. All on a very old door. Very polite friendly man . Would absolutely recommend Jani to anyone.

A2 Car Keys - as a company, I honestly cannot recommend Mark highly enough. What a really genuine, decent and friendly guy! My elderly father has a 2010 VW Golf that one of the keys was very worn and stopped working. After reading the reviews of A2 Car Keys online I contacted Mark to book him to assemble a replacement key. My father shortly after, decided he'd like to arrange a new set of two keys for his car instead of just the one. Mark was prompt, turning up on the same afternoon we called him. Nothing was too much to ask - and he also advised on an option of two key types - one being a much better build/improved quality of car key as a replacement. We went with the improved quality keys and arranged two replacement for his Golf. Mark built them, programmed them, and also coded the original key to match in with the new ones too. The price of the work was really really reasonable. If any of you require car keys - as reiterated at the start of this review....I cannot recommend Mark highly enough! You wont be disappointed. Thank you once again Mark - everything was very much appreciated.
