Came out the following and Identified the problem quickly and easily. Excellent work! I wanted all the exterior locks changed as I’ve just moved in and wasn’t entirely sure I had all copies of the keys to the existing locks. Barry made quick work of changing two of the locks. The third was a bit problematic but he worked tirelessly to sort the issue and has left the lock in a better state than he found it.
