The heel on one of my shoes had unfortunately come off due to shoddy cobbling work by the manufacturer, and it was fairly uncomfortable to walk in. I visited Timpson on a whim to see if they could repair my shoe for a decent price. Ian (Timpson Staff) said he could fix my shoe easily with some glue and just nail the heel back on. He also informed me that he would make sure to do it on the other shoe as well just to make sure both shoes were even. To my surprise, he would repair my shoes free of cost and I was to return in 10-15 mins after doing some shopping etc. The shoes have been fixed to perfection and are even better than before, couldn't have had a more pleasant experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this Timpson.

This guy just saved me £450……. I’d been to the Mini / BMW dealer with a Mini key that wouldn’t charge, their advice: new keys @ £500 the pair. Timpsons genius orders up 2 new parts and fits them, works perfectly again £50 for the pair!! Definitely give these guys a try with all your car key problems

Great needed a phone battery done quickly while you wait staff knowledgeable and skilled can't fault them. Good passport photo service too, they guarantee if the passport office reject them they will retake at no extra cost. Needed a loan phone while my other phone went away for a camera repair. Which was a decent replacement until my phone returned.
