Lovely caring reception staff, Debbie, puts you at ease straight away. Personally we've only seen Simon Moore and Aggie for general dentistry and hygienist but our daughter had a gap filled between her front teeth by Simon with composite bonding and is highly delighted. Highly recommend them

Excellent care from start to finish. After seeing my concerned facebook post about my daughter, Anita took the time to message me, offer advice, and reassure me. We were booked in quickly, and Anita made my daughter feel so comfortable. A tooth extraction is never enjoyable but this was pain free and super quick. 100% recommend. The dental assistant was so kind and great at distracting my daughter. Fantastic service.

I made my first visit yesterday and my friend Gerry Read recommended me to see Milan. From the moment Sarah answered the telephone to book my appointment I was made to feel welcome and at ease. When I arrived yesterday first impressions really do count and all the ladies I saw in reception were welcoming and I was made to feel immediately relaxed and at ease. I was shown in to meet Milan and he examined my broken tooth, took x rays and then explained every option available to me. He was clear and precise and the outcome was to have the tooth removed today and proceed with a bridge. He made me feel very relaxed, as did the assisting nurse and my tooth was removed painlessly and quickly. I look forward to future visits further down the line and will not hesitate to recommend the practice to all my family and friends.

I have been at the HDP for over 50 years under different ownership but for the last 30 years or so I have been seen by Gary Doorman who has excelled and made me very comfortable on each visit. With him now taking a backseat role I have had the pleasure to meet Milan who is continuing to keep the calm on each visit. I have a tooth extraction in the morning. Not something I look forward to but, I feel reassured that Milan will do what’s needed to get us both through to the end.

Since joining Hartley Dental Practice I had treatment on my teeth and the dentist was very friendly, gentle, explained everything and made sure i was comfortable throughout. It was a very positive experience and i have now moved my kids to this practice also. Very happy.

Overwhelmed by the whole experience at this delightful Dental practice. On entering this light welcoming premises the polite knowledgeable caring team listen, understand and give you honest, professionalism which I haven't experienced before. I am 50 and have had to have a lot of dental work done before but the Dentist here (Ben) is extremely competent, kind and generous with his time and care.after several necessary extractions and subsequent well fitting upper and lower dentures I actually look forward to my next visit. I cannot praise this practice and staff enough! I'm the most anxious, fearful person when it comes to dental work and as I've had awful experiences in the past i wanted to find an exceptional place that could help me overcome my fears and help me with my teeth. Initally I spoke to Claire(dental nurse) who was so lovely and listened to all my woes and got me booked up with Ben. Meeting Ben I was put at ease straight away, hes honest and caring and makes you feel validated! We decided on a treatment plan and had a root canal booked up which I was worried about but i can honestly say it was a pleasant experience because of the teams patience and care for me. From Bellas sweet manner to Cindy the hygenist who is amazing, to Claire whos kept my head level with her caring nature and to Ben the amazing dentist I'm just blown away..thank you guys!!

I was due to go away on a 10 day holiday and two hours before departure a tooth came out! Disaster loomed! But no, Atkinson Brignall reception immediately found me an appointment time 20 minutes later. I arrived, with tooth in hand, and after a rapid examination of the problem, my dentist Jay took action. Without doubt this is a quality caring dentist, from the moment you walk through the door and are greeted by the warm reception team I have just finished my invisline treatment, it was so much easier and quicker than I thought it would be , it was followed by teeth whitening and 2 porcelain veneers on my front teeth. This was all completed in under eleven Months and carried out by the very skilled caring Ian Brignall. My smile is now transformed giving confidence. I am so pleased I made the decision to have this procedure carried out , it was well worth it Thankyou Ian !

Dr Patel and team were extremely kind, sensitive and respectful of my younger one’s moods and feelings, they didn’t give him any pressure during his first ever dental check up to ensure it remained a positive experience throughout. They also encouraged my son to come back on a visit when my daughter was having her teeth filled, he became much more comfortable with being at the dentist and was able to cooperate with the team to finish his dental assessment. The green dinosaur in the examinations room and the kids exploration dentist room (the one next to reception) was also very helpful in terms of getting my kids calm and ready for their appointment. Would definitely recommend this dental practice for young kids. Not to mention that my daughter was also at ease when she had her fillings done due to how friendly the staff were.

I have just finished having my teeth straightened by Ian Brignall using Invisalign. I cannot recommend him more highly. Ian has done an amazing job, I am so pleased with my results. The whole practice is lovely, a team of helpful and friendly receptionists, amazing kids play room which was a real help when I had to bring my 1 yr old and 4 yr old to some appointments. We will all be continuing to see Ian Brignall for our regular check ups. My children are already excited for their next visit!

Fantastic. I previously had my teeth whitened here, which looks great. I have been visiting Zahra Khan for my Hygiene appointments. She is such a lovely lady, as I have always been frightened when visiting dentists, due to a bad experience ax a child. She explains what she is doing, she has a lovely manner, and at the end gives good advice, which really works. I would highly recommend.

Honestly the best decision ever! Nina, Kat, Farhad, Sarah and the team have done an amazing work on my teeth. Their attention to detail, patience and care was tremendous. My treatment took a bit longer as I had 1 tooth that wouldn't budge, so they opted for another round of aligners to make sure they were perfect. I think others would have been sick of me by then and booted me out, but this team is so lovely. I always had a really good laugh with them and am really pleased with the results. Every six months I visit the wonderful hygienist Karen at the Sandford. Not only does she thoroughly clean my teeth, but over the years she has given me a huge amount of advice about my dental hygiene. As a result, my teeth have never been cleaner nor in better condition. She also happens to be a truly delightful person.

My orthodontic treatment with Nina and the team at the Sandford was a pleasure from start to finish. I felt reassured and at ease with Nina from my very first consultation. Her knowledge and expertise were immediately apparent, combined with her calming and pleasant manner gave me confidence and faith in the two year process I was embarking upon. Every appointment in that time was a joy: Nina and the team were always lovely, kind and supportive and the environment was relaxed and welcoming. I cannot fault the care and dedication by my dental surgeon without whom I would be in considerable pain and discomfort. He explains everything he is doing during my treatment and what could happen in the future. The surgery is always clean and welcoming. The staff are a credit to the NHS!

I had my first appointment with Louise Yates at Kent Smile this week. I felt welcome from the moment I stepped into the centre and greeted by the reception team. Louise took her time to listen to everything and make sure she had all the information, as I have a complex dental case. She then proceeded to carryout the most thorough dental exam I have ever had which included xrays. Louise and her dental nurse are absolutely lovely, they answered all my questions and I left feeling knowledgeable and confident about my treatment plan going forward. Such an amazing dental practice! My first visit here was in March when I was booked to have fillings done. I missed those appointments. I had a horrible toothache overnight and I called for an appointment to be seen. I was treated with such kindness and professionalism. The female dentists who treated me showed me such empathy! I was in so much pain and they took care of my pain. I am needle phobic and extremely afraid of needles but they were so professional with me and helped me. I was adamant about the tooth being extracted because of the pain I was feeling but I was treated and given options that could save my tooth. Thank you to the 2 female dentists that saw me! Thank you Gabriels Hill Dental Surgery! You are truly amazing!

Really find all staff here great. Have had recent fillings, crown fitting and Enlighten whitening done. All excellent. The dentists take time to make sure all is pain free. And the results from Enlighten whitening have been brilliant.
