Absolutely first class. Due to various reasons (excuses) I had not visited a dentist since a house move over 6 years ago so I was somewhat concerned (terrified actually) at joining a new dental practice and not knowing what work they would find and how much it would cost (not to mention the pain). A good friend of mine recommended I join Andrew House. He was absolutely right. The staff were all very friendly, caring, put me right at ease and were utmost professional. To my surprise (relief) I did not require any additional treatment beyond a clean and I strongly felt they were not looking “to make unnecessary work/money” out of me which I feel some dental practices probably do. All in all I can not recommend the staff and the practice high enough and almost look forward to going back there in six months time for a checkup!

I came to the practice as a new patient and had back to back hygiene and dental appointments. Both treatments were the best I’d ever had. The dental staff were extremely thorough and personable. The treatment was expensive, but I suspect it’s just the going rate these days. I found the waiting room to be uncomfortable, particularly the odour - as such I was glad to wait in their lovely garden!

I have recently been to Andrew House for the prep and fitting of a bridge. Throughout the procedure I couldn't fault the expertise, kindness, care and attention to detail from my dentist Hema and her nurses, and I am delighted with the results. Thank you to all the staff at Andrew House for making what could have been an uncomfortable experience a pleasure!

I’ve just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr Einfeldt at Staplehurst Dental Practice and I am so happy with the results! ( pictures below, Whitening still to go tho) From start to finish the whole team at Staplehurst Dental Practice have been fantastic. They have been honest, very friendly and really did made me feel comfortable while I was there. I had finished the initial course but after a consultation they wanted to do a few more tweaks to get my teeth absolutely perfect! It added another 7 more weeks but what a difference! All in all it took only 8 months to get the perfect smile. I had a few Invisalign consultations else where before I started my treatment but Staplehurst dental was by far the best! After seeing Dr Einfeldt, I knew I was in safe hands as I could tell he is a perfectionist. I’m just so glad I went with them! Thank you to you all.

I thoroughly recommend Staplehurst Dental Practice to anyone. Starting with the hygienist appointment (which I have always been afraid to attend due to sensitive teeth). The hygienist totally listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. I will ALWAYS trust the hygienist there and never use another. I then had porcelain veneers fitted on my top four teeth. Again, I was absolutely delighted with the finished product. Throughout my whole experience there I was made to feel comfortable, informed throughout by professional caring individuals. I have had a wonderful experience although I nearly gave up in the first week as I’d had a tooth removed and the invisaligners were so sore, BUT I persevered and I am so pleased I did. 56 weeks later I have a new smile and I am so pleased. Also because I was strict with myself as to how long I had them in over a 24 hour period I didn’t need to have any more news aligners. I would highly recommend Staplehurst Dental Practice too, everyone was very helpful and kind.

I am an Invisalign patient nearing the end of my treatment and all I can say is WOW! The whole team are great at this practice... Dr Jan has been incredible and the results I am seeing are nothing short of amazing. Everything was explained thoroughly and in an easy way to understand, you never feel rushed and he is extremely friendly, approachable and gentle. I have also had 2 appointments with Victoria during my Invisalign treatment, the first for hygiene and the second for a filling. Victoria is so friendly (it's like chatting to a friend) and, like Jan, incredibly gentle and amazing at explaining what is happening during the treatment process which really makes all the difference. I have never received such care at any other dental practice.. I have finally found a gem of a dental practice.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Umar Mahmood for last last 2 years and we couldn’t be happier. I recently had bonding after years of complexities with my teeth and I am over the moon with the results. Dr Mahmood took the time to make sure I was happy with the results and he and the rest of the team made me feel at ease and comfortable. The receptionist is also so kind and helpful! I can honestly say I have had exceptional service from Pieter and the team, they have looked after my teeth and guided me through various treatments and options ensuring I am always giving my teeth the very best care. This has been my dental practice since I had teeth. I now live in West London but continue to drive the 120 mile round trip because of the excellent care I receive from the team at the practice. Calm and Gentle absolutely lived up to their name. I’ve had a course of appointments to plan and have treatment. Everyone I saw and spoke with really wanted me to feel as comfortable as possible with what was happening. I was particularly nervous as I hadn’t been to the dentist for some time. I felt everybody really listened to my concerns and Pieter especially took time to explain what was happening during the treatment to help me understand. He got the balance right of telling me what to expect and not telling too much so I became overwhelmed. This was my first visit to Calm and Gentle Dental Care. I met for a consultation. Right from the beginning of our conversation I felt relaxed and able to express my feelings about previous Dental work. The atmosphere was quiet and calm.

I am truly amazed by how welcoming and friendly everyone is when interacting with customers. A huge shout out to the reception team! Despite handling incoming calls and assisting patients at check-in, they go above and beyond to be helpful and approachable. In fact, when I visited today, their kindness and care really stood out, which reflects positively on the business. When I met with the dentist and the assistant, I was equally impressed by their personable and friendly demeanor. Lovely dental practise, I always see Nayan Patel and he is always very friendly and provides a good service. Whenever I have needed an emergency appointment they have been able to provide one on the same day and provide the relevant treatment e.g. filling at that appointment. I have recently had my first baby and was worried about taking him with me to the dentist, the whole team was so lovely and when he got a little upset whilst I was having a filling a lovely dental nurse came to soothe him. Highly recommend.

I had my first visit yesterday and was very impressed from start to finish. Reception was friendly and my dentist, Caroline was extremely gentle and approachable.

The best I’ve ever experienced going to the dentist. The procedure to get two fillings was incredibly quick. The reception team, dentist and dental nurse were all warm, friendly, professional and efficient. The practise was clean and modern with lots of information accessible about what treatments are available there. I particularly appreciated the dental nurse checking I was ok throughout my procedure (wisdom tooth extraction) and the dentist explaining what to expect as he went along. I probably could score Stradbrook full marks if I wasn't still experiencing some of the swelling and pain I was, in fairness, warned about.

Anna Pergamalian was very helpful and patient in explaining her treatment plan at all stages of it. Her and her assistants were mindful of my comfort through some lengthy sessions in the chair! She took time to explain what was happening at every stage. I am very pleased with the results.

After a lifetime of dental fear ( I’m age 75 ) I finally plucked up a grain of courage to visit Stradbrook with a bad tooth. Absolutely terrified I met with Jelena and together with her wonderful assistant they somehow managed to stop all the shaking and near fainting to proceed with the treatment. I cannot thank them enough. Absolutely amazing care was taken and my tooth was rebuilt. I’m almost looking forward to my next appointment. A truly professional practice, thank you so much.

Brand-new practice, looks amazing. On arrival, the reception desk was very welcoming (Katrina was very helpful and caring), fully explaining everything. Appointments were running on time. Having been terrified of dentists most of my life, I was nervous of going to a new practice. I was delighted with the care and professionalism I found at River Lawn Dental centre. From the very understanding reception I was given all the way to the attentions I received in the chair, everyone was kind and considerate about my nerves. The procedures were discussed, in a professional manner, and treatment has been good and timely, with great consideration for my nerves. I really cannot recommend them highly enough. Until a few years ago, I had to be sedated just to sit in a dentist's chair. Now I am happily booking my next appointment.

The team at Brenchley Dental are fantastic. During our time at the clinic my wife and I have had two dentists, both have been great, taking the time to talk through, in detail, any examination findings and associated treatment. My daughter is also a patient (NHS) of the clinic and the team have been just as good. They always arrange family appointments to make things easy and have been very flexible when we needed to rearrange at short notice. As far as value - dental treatment is, of course, expensive but Brenchley Dental appear to be competitively priced and have never tried a ‘hard sell’ for any service. The service and treatment is so good that the costs constitute good value for me.

Historically petrified of dentists, Brenchley Dental is amazing at being on time, efficient, friendly and helps me relax when at my visits. James Cullen is brilliant and friendly and tells you exactly what's going on in a professional way. Highly recommend.
