Had issues with my front door lock and was recommended to use this shop. Called and explained what issue was, No messing around, shop sent a gentleman whom turned up and resolved my issue. Clear communication and job done.

I have just used Maidstone locksmiths for the first time to help get into some storage containers, whose padlock keys had gone missing. I was very impressed with John's work. He and a collegue attended our premises quite promptly and manged to cut/break into the 4 padlocks without damaging our premises. His invoice was a very reasonable price too.

Issue with a 'frozen' porch door with lost key and jammed lock. Called John who gave a quick, friendly response - stripped the mechanism and serviced the unit adding a new lock. I cannot recommend this company enough. I cannot remember the gentleman that attended but he turned up when they said he would and was very polite and accommodating. He managed to get the broken key out of the ignition but there was an issue with the key codes etc from a previous owner but he perceived with it and managed to get the car up and running again. If the situation arises again (fingers crossed not) this company would definitely be getting my call for help - a very happy customer.

I cannot recommend Gareth and Locum Locks highly enough. I recently bought an antique roll top desk. The seller neglected to point out that it self-locks when the lid is pulled down. I had put the keys in an internal drawer for safekeeping but then found myself unable to get back in when the top had been pulled down. Gareth arrived bang on time, assessed what would not work and quickly worked out what might. Long story short, he created another key - so I now have a spare, and the desk is open and I can finally work at it! Thank you, Gareth!

Gareth from Locum Locks did a great job of replacing a broken set of double door locks on our conservatory. He gave a straightforward estimation of cost when he did a site visit to check the doors out. He then came back with the necessary part. We had gotten ourselves locked out on a stormy Sunday night and must have spent 2 hours calling at least 8 different locksmiths before finding Nick. Nick arrived at the property within 20 minutes and gotten us within the house within 10! After getting us is Nick even gave us some fantastic advice on the property and some recommendations. Fantastic service!! I had multiple issues which meant they needed to come and have a look to quote. Was worried that meant a hard sell once here… couldn't have been more wrong. Ray came out, investigated everything, talked me through every aspect of the works required, including the price, then offered to do it whenever was convenient - there and then if I wanted it (albeit one aspect needed a part, so a return visit was needed regardless). The price was really fair and when he came to do the work he actually went above and beyond to make the property as secure as he possibly could - including resolving an issue I hadn’t been aware of, for no extra charge.
