Absolutely fantastic service, Sanjay did an incredible repair on my wife's handbag. The price was amazing and it was a complex job, that he worked very hard on. It is as if the bag had never been broken at all. Five stars is not enough!

The owner of our AirBnB in Whitstable directed us to At Your Service to store our luggage for a few hours after checking out. Sanjay at At Your Service was very kind and accommodating, and safely stored our bags for a few hours for a small price. The store was immaculate and had a wide array of beautiful high quality products.

I recently had a new front door fitted but unfortunately there had been a problem with the mechanism resulting in me being locked in my house a couple of times and I had lost all trust in the window & door company who fitted it. I contacted Charlie asking if he would service the door and check for any issues. Charlie came next day, he was calm, friendly and knowledgeable and gave me peace of mind. Would happily recommend and would definitely use again.

Charlie arrived today to fix my front door lock..he went above and beyond to get the door locking properly again and he had it fixed in no time. Very professional, friendly service and a good price considering he had to replace the whole locking mechanism and give me three new keys. I would definitely recommend Charlie to others .

I have used Charlie on multiple occasions for work reasons, he has always been extremely professional, arrived on time for each visit and has always been friendly.

Charlie came out on the Sunday after Christmas, 20 mins after the initial phonecall! We were back in the house within 5 minutes of him arriving! Absolute superstar and very reasonable price! Had to call out Barry in Sunday afternoon for a jammed front door lock and couldn't get in. He was fantastic. Arrived very quickly, replaced the lock quickly and efficiently. Wonderful service and reasonable price for a weekend call-out. Highly recommend him.

Excellent work! I wanted all the exterior locks changed as I’ve just moved in and wasn’t entirely sure I had all copies of the keys to the existing locks. Barry made quick work of changing two of the locks. The third was a bit problematic but he worked tirelessly to sort the issue and has left the lock in a better state than he found it. Came out the following and Identified the problem quickly and easily. Barry was able to attend within the hour when my front door lock broke. It turned out to be not a straightforward job so he fixed a temporary lock and ordered the part needed and fixed it very quickly as soon as the part was available. Highly recommend!

A couple of weeks ago this company was my saving grace! I had taken a class on a school trip and unfortunately lost my car keys. This company went above and beyond to help me get back into my car. It was essential as I was using my car to visit a loved one in hospital. They provided me with another programmable key and were very professional and fitted me in straight away. I would recommend this company as so many people had let me down and these guys were literally my angels!

Very good service. Andy arrived at a time that suited us, when we originally had no idea what time we wanted him over. He replaced 4 locks swiftly and professionally. Multiple copies of keys given. He also helped us new house owners with some other things that were completely out of his purview, which was incredibly appreciated. I happened to be in the area and decided to get a couple of additional keys cut as I was near this branch of Timsons. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful, got the keys cut quickly, and did a nice job as the keys worked well when we got home (I’ve had previous ones that didn’t). Very pleased with the service.

Needed multiple different keys cut and the lady at the counter could not have been more helpful, popped in to Tesco to grab a few bits and when I returned my keys were all done and bagged up, the lady was also just finishing a pair of shoes that she repaired for the person that was behind me in the shop!
