I visited the MOT station to mot my motorbike I met friendly team from receptionist who booked me in to the gentleman who moted my bike, they were very professional. Very happy with the service and they are highly recommended 🙂🙂🙂

What a fantastic garage. The lady who dealt with my whole very complex repair was brilliant. She kept in touch throughout the repair, dealt with warranty and even helped again when they were being fussy. The repair was done very quickly with them fitting me in as I had a long distance trip coming up. Literally you cannot fault this garage. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The repair was done with no fuss and the aftercare has been great too. Definitely the best garage I’ve dealt with. I will definitely be recommending them!!! Customer service that’s head and shoulders above the rest. I needed last minute repairs to my car in order to catch a ferry the following day. The Henwood team were amazing and bent over backwards to fix my car the same day! They were also clear, concise and transparent with their advice and pricing, which was very reasonable. A local, trustworthy garage. They get very busy but will always try to help you out with anything urgent. I’ve used them a few times for a variety of vehicles since moving to the area a couple of years ago and can’t fault them. They’ll give you an honest appraisal of what needs doing immediately and what can wait until another time - all without the chin scratching and hard sell. When you find a decent place like this, you’ll go back again and again.

Honestly could not recommend this garage enough! I visited them based on a recommendation from a family member. I had previously had some really bad experiences with mechanics and the work that had been undertaken on my vehicle. Phipps did my MOT are were thorough, truthful, transparent and completely honest about what needed doing. They went above and beyond to source parts to fix my car and get it back on the road for me as soon as possible. Such a smooth, quick process and all with a smile on their faces too. To them it's just their job but to me it restores my faith in humanity knowing that there are garages out there who care about the safety of their customers and not just pound signs. The lady on the desk could not have been more helpful with phone calls keeping me up to date, pricing, receipts and just general info about my car and the work! She was extremely informative and her friendly manner really helped ease the stress of my car not passing the MOT and needing yet more work. They even have a few small cars on site that you can hire for the day incase you cannot get lifts to and from the garage and all for a reasonable fee of £15 for the day. 10/10 service and I would recommend to anyone looking for a well run, honest, trustworthy garage!! These guys are the best around!!

Bert was a 5 Star mechanic. Bert managed to fit me in at short notice and drove to my address to examine my vehicle. Bert was more than reasonably priced, professional and offered the personal touch. Bert was able to examine my vehicle, diagnose the fault and repair it in under 24 hours. I would 100% use Bert again.

My car was booked in today for a small service, as i had no means of getting back home from there, Ian (engineer) very kindly carried the work out during his lunch break whilst I waited in the reception area where Lee was very friendly and hospitable. The team went out of there way to accomodate, which was appreciated very much! I know my in-laws have been using this garage for some years with numerous vehicles and have always spoke highly of the place. Would highly recommend this garage.

I highly recommend Hartley Garage! I have used HG for several years - MOTs, servicing and repairs of three cars (Audi, Mini and VW). They are fairly priced, carry out prompt and reliable work, with excellent customer service; Lee and the team are thorough, knowledgeable, genuine and friendly. Also, with a very recent and complicated problem with one of my cars, Hartley Garage went above and beyond to get the car fixed and back on the road. Very happy indeed with their service and I shall continue to give them my custom.

I called Hartley Garage after my number plate fell off not long after being done by halfords. Within half an hour Lee had my number plate back on. Couple days later same thing happened with my other plate and once again, after a quick call I was back in and Lee had it fixed again. Elite Garages in Canterbury undertook a full service of my Renault Zoe EV. They were friendly and thorough and very reasonably priced. The car also required a new rear wiper and the front number plate was cracked. They replaced both of these at competitive prices. I will definitely use them to service this car in future.

I visited this garage on Friday to get my tyre fixed. Felt very welcome and not intimated by a group of men as a woman on my own. They were all very honest with me as I had a problem with my car. They advised what to do and felt very happy with their service.

I love this place. I walk past it every day & they are always playing such great music. It makes my day better. I can't personally attest to their work on cars, but given such excellent taste in music, I imagine the work is equally discerning.
