This was my first time of using the company. I need a Radiator valve replaced plus a new PRV. Ryan attended and speedily and efficiently did both. He didn't need to drain the system so the price was then adjusted to reflect that. An honest, efficient and trustworthy company that I'd absolutely recommend.

At last a plumber you can rely on! Arrived on time, every time. Assessed what had to be done and carried it out in a timely and efficient manner. All work areas were left clean and tidy. Installed 4 radiators, gas oven, hob and sink. I do not normally leave reviews, but felt that that the standard of service received warranted it.

Craig came to look at the problem the evening I contacted him. He was able to diagnose the problem and contacted me the next day to give a price and date for the repair. Unfortunately he was unable to keep the date due to the previous job overrunning but contacted me early to rearrange for the following day. He arrived on time, kept me informed when he encountered another small problem and did an excellent job. I have no hesitation in recommending him...

Craig was a fantastic tradesman, I called him in a panic needing a power flush for the hot water system before I could get the boiler repaired by the manufacturer and he agreed to squeeze us in at short notice. He arrived on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable and did the job perfectly. Great value for money. When we need work on the boiler done in the future, we’ll be calling Craig back. Recently widowed and struggling with plumbing problems, I was at my wits end. Leaky pipes, wobbly tap. Guys Plumbing were recommended to me. The boys arrived and started work on all the many issues immediately. They worked with confidence and efficiency. They were pleasant and helpful - left NO mess - worked well and sorted ALL. After usual plumber didn't get back to me opted for these guys after a Google search. What I will say is: - They were prompt and clear in communication, in explaining the issue, the cost to fix it, and in booking the day. - The guys that came round to the house were polite (even taking the time to explain the plumbing to my inquisitive 4 year old), they were tidy and they were quick. - And the main reason you ask for a plumber; what was leaking is no longer leaking. So all in all great job and they have become my usual plumber.

James did a great work, he's a hard working man that delivers high end work. And the price was great as well. Really recommend him! PS: He also put the plaster back and added a first layer of filling. I had to do a bit of sandpapering and a second layer of filling, but trust me, I have two left hands and I still made it :-)

James, Konner and Jasper did a wonderful job of turning an outdated ensuite bathroom into a very smart modern walk in shower room. They arrived on time every day, worked continuously, checking we were happy every step of the way, and were extremely polite and exceptionally clean workers. I needed a complete bathroom refurb, Great service from beginning to end. he gave me pointers of what I could and couldn’t have with my system. James gave me lots of ideas from previous jobs. I told him what I was after and he has gone above and beyond with great attention to detail. He altered existing pipe work to bring it in line with current regulations. The ceiling had a poor touch up previously which James brought back to an amazing standard with some amazing lights that he had recommended. Really happy with everything and would highly recommend him to anyone

Pheonix were contractors for our agent when we used to rent our home and they were always nice to deal with. So when needed a plumber in our own place, they were the first people we called. They've aced everything asked of them, from emergency call outs, to boiler repairs and the biggest one: fitting a new shower, new valves and pipework and re-seating the bath properly. The workmanship is excellent and the people are all super helpful and friendly including the office ladies, will definitely call again if we need someone. (Hopefully not for a while 😅) .
