I recently had a walk-in shower fitted by Chivers. The company earned 5 stars every step of the way. Quick response, excellent communication from all the staff. It was a real pleasure to deal with Jake, the main fitter for the project, Jay, who measured up and gave advice as well as assisting Jake and John Chivers who worked with Jake installing shower boards.. The completed job exceeded my expectation and I was completed on time and on budget. They all worked hard, were courteous and left no mess behind. They not only did a great job but every interaction I had with them, whether via WhatsApp, email or over the phone, they have been incredibly helpful and genuine in their approach. Highly recommended this firm. They were on time, very polite and worked very hard installing 5 radiators in one day. They did a great job of putting the radiators in and were very tidy and left no mess. Before they left they made sure everything was back on and the radiators were all working properly. Would definitely use them again.

Rang Paul at 9.00am and by just gone 10 he rang to say he could fit me in between jobs regarding issues with two toilets we had. He came straight in and fixed both toilets with no fuss. Also whilst he was here fixed two taps that needed looking at. Cannot recommend him enough. Will deffinately use Paul again as most plumbers are only interested in redoing your whole bathroom! Excellent service thank you.

Same day call out for what I thought was damp/a minor leak but turned out to be very (!) cold pipes and plasterboard under the kitchen sink. Fast, efficient, tidy. Highly recommended for emergency and other plumbing work.

I would recommend Peter and his team any day, he's done such a good job on our Combi Boiler installation. His intiial consultancy visit was clear and he took our opinions into consideration when quoting for the job. He explained what boiler he was going to quote for and made us feel confidant in the job. Whilst the work was being carried out he was tidy and left everything neat and tidy. I reccomeneded peter to an elderly family member as her boiler had broken down and he was an absolute star and fitted her a replacement boiler within days. Pete serviced our LPG boiler and corrected a previous installation error. He also repaired two leaking toilet cisterns. A very professional service, carried out quickly and thoroughly. He is a very busy man so occassionally his timings may be a bit "off" (due to the fact he gets emergency gas call outs, which have to take preference). Don't let that worry you, the job will get done - indeed he arrived with us at 18.30 rather than let us down. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again.
