Contacted Nick of Right Flow via email and received a call the same day, and my request to change my old bathroom taps for those I had purchased was booked within the week, and the job has been completed today! Nick arrived promptly, fitted the taps quickly, and we discussed a missing overflow pipe problem and a further booking made for next week to resolve that. Very impressed with Nick's knowledge, speed and quality of work, and would highly recommend!

Fantastic thank you! Nick came out to find a potential leak in bathroom after wet ceiling in kitchen below. Systematically ruled out potential culprits… found the leak, went out for spare parts, repaired the leak, tidied the area and left good as before… would wholeheartedly recommend Nick and such a nice guy ! Eddie was referred to me by a drainage specialist following severe blockages. I contacted him a couple of months later to ask him to replace my kitchen sink and toilet. I am over 70 and he kindly advised me on the items I needed and purchased them on my behalf as I would not be able to drag them into my small flat. On the day he did the work, he and an assistant arrived at 9.30 as promised. There were a couple of complications that required some extra small items. The job was finished by 3.30 despite him having to go out and purchase the items and I was very happy with the end result. I found Eddie to be totally honest, reliable and very knowledgeable, so much so that I have recommended him to my son who owns an Estate Agency in Clapham which Eddie is willing to travel to.

I called this plumbing company when I had an emergency leak. The person I spoke to was friendly and really helpful on the telephone, an engineer arrived within 30 minutes and solved the problem within the hour, which was due to a problem with my upstairs toilet. Reasonable price, very efficient and friendly. They also cleaned up there mess which was a plus as I have had contractors leave there mess behind for myself to clean up. Highly recommend to anyone reading this. I have already recommended to a friend who needed a heating job done.

My plumbing leak was started from a softener connection hose then more leaks were found from a series of valves in the early Saturday morning. I turned off the mains, and made a couple of enquiries. Only Eddie from ELR Plumbing quoted and promised me a fixed price to repair the leaks per my request. All the others quoted the call out fees plus hourly rates which you never know the ceiling, especially at the weekend. Eddie came over on time, detected and identified the causes. He worked hard by overcoming the difficulties of access and 3 layers of walls which requires drilling very professionally. Due to the parts issue, he also had to make two return visits to fix them in different days. Eddie was very honest and credit. I observed and knew that the repairing time he spent must have been more than that he estimated, but Eddie kept the promise and had the works done perfectly. I am glad to know Eddie now. I definitely will use him again.

This was my first time of using the company. I need a Radiator valve replaced plus a new PRV. Ryan attended and speedily and efficiently did both. He didn't need to drain the system so the price was then adjusted to reflect that. An honest, efficient and trustworthy company that I'd absolutely recommend.

I had been renovating a flat but unfortunately had an issue with a drain blockage. I was in need of fairly urgent assistance. Alvin was on time, polite and sorted out the problem in a quick and efficient manner. He had all the kit that was required to help clear the drains - with his camera (and some dye I put down the toilet) I could see the drains working again and the problem was resolved. After discussing some issues we were having, he proceeded to do a full service and identified and solved the problem with the heating. I have been using Prestige Plumbing for probably around 15 years now and wouldn’t trust my plumbing jobs to any other company. They have consistently solved all my various plumbing issues and have recently installed a new boiler system. When I had a problem at work I brought them in to help there too. We've used Wells Spa Plumbing three times recently and the service is impeccable. We would certainly recommend them. Two visits were for emergencies, one in the house and the other in a workshop, the third was also in the house for a mix of improvements involving new and moving units around, adapting and building-in.
