Michael has done an excellent job of putting right my badly installed boiler flue done by a local firm. He has fitted new flue and now it is working as it should be. He is a really hard working man and made sure to get us going again as quickly as he could. He left the place clean and tidy. He serviced the boiler and did a first class job. Will certainly be using him again when needed.

Amazing service - I had tenants who were vulnerable with no heating or hot water & Michael responded immediately the same day as calling. My tenants said he was polite & tidy & fixed the problem straight away . Michael continually kept me updated & requested no payment until the problem was solved - I cannot thank him enough -I will definitely be using him for my servicing visits & I would not hesitate to recommend him . Would definitely recommend. After trying several engineers an all were busy or fully booked. MLA plumbing and heating came to me and sorted my boiler out. And were brilliant. Excellent service.

Needed a engineer ASAP as we had leak and needed the gas back on asap for heating as I have a 2 year old son in the home and the gentleman turned up and got the job done quickly and in a professional manner, he didn't have too after a long drive and day but couldn't be happier for a job we'll done. Well reccomended. Will be using his services again in the future

We had a problem with our oil boiler in late October. We called out a local company who responded very promptly and sent an engineer out the same day. He was also very prompt in condemning the boiler and providing us with a £6000 replacement quote without even switching the unit on. The boiler is a Bosch and not even that old. I obviously sought a second opinion and was recommended D Ellerby Heating. Gave Dan a call and arranged for him to pay us a visit. The long and the short of it is that after his first visit he got the supposedly irreparable boiler up and running with a temporary fix so we could be warm and then returned to carry out the permanent fix a few day’s later. I can’t recommend Dan enough, he is very reasonable with his prices and an altogether excellent human being. Needless to say all future boiler works will be carried out by him. Really impressed with Jay and Ben and the job they did. I had a pressurised water and heating system installed in the loft to replace an old vented system that was on the floor below. It was a big job with various complexities and needed further pipework rerouting to enable building work to take place as well as amending the electrics in which a previous plumber did wrong. Also a Hive system added. They offered a fair price, clearly thought through the job and it was obvious they wanted to do the best job they could. Commutation was great, they worked tirelessly and the end job was perfect. Great lads, very professional and reliable. Will use them for any plumbing work I need. The future and highly recommended to others.

My mum has used Taylor's for many years to service her boiler. Always friendly and efficient. When we recently needed them in an emergency they responded very quickly and had the heating up and running again in no time at all. A lovely business to deal with from the friendly office staff to the professional engineers.

We had a lockout problem following an oil delivery. The boiler would not start. I called Taylors and explained the problem and added that I have a medical need to be warm and clean. They went out of their way to organise an engineer for the next day. Sadly, sickness struck and the engineer couldn't make it. Taylors found another engineer from an associated firm to attend. Long story short, Taylors went above and beyond to help. You don't find that so often these days so I can't reccomend them more!

I had a lot of problems with my heating system. Simon was very helpful with my initial enquiry and ed the engineer was excellent,nothing was too much trouble,he was more than happy to answer any questions i had. It was such a pleasure to see someone take such pride in their work.I only wish I had used Taylor's when I first moved to Linc's years ago.
