Absolutely blown away. Other retailers and trade counters were unable to identify my door handle with its weird set of measurements but it must have been the second one pulled from under the counter was bang on the money, even in the desired finish. Wanted some slightly longer screws for my front door handle,popped in the chap behind the reception glass said follow me and I'll have a look in my odds and ends bin he produced two slightly longer screws in the correct colour, I said how much do you want he said just give me a nice review so I have,great service.

Went down to discuss replacement handles. The man in the shop spent time and advised me of the differences between straight line and angled ones. Despite me not being sensible enough to take a picture. In an effort to ensure the correct one was sourced4me. This was good customer service.

My car broke down and didn’t start. The recovery team came and discovered it was an electrical problem and referred me to him. He came swiftly and was very professional and helpful. Turned out it needed a new key and something else he mentioned (can’t remember🤣). Thank you for a good service. I would definitely recommend him

Sam at the Tesco branch in Scunthorpe was super helpful. Had my watch battery changed and he was done before I finished buying 2 or 3 things in store. Get the life time battery service for a few extra pound. Definitely worth it.

First class key cutting service from Timpson's at ASDA. Erik was friendly and very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely recommend and use in future.
