I rang yesterday morning as our door handle to our back door came off in my husband's hand and the door was locked. Danny rang to say he would be with us between 12 and 1pm. He later rang to say he would be there for 12pm. He checked the lock, replaced the hand and adjusted the door. He did an excellent job and we are very pleased.

the back door had seized up! The gearbox had burst and the door was stuck fast. A quick call at 08.39hrs and Jim was on site before 13.00hrs!
