Communicative, professional and cost-effective. This is the first time I’ve needed a plumber since moving to Stamford - for an urgent job to replace my hot water tank. Scott was responsive and had a quote to me quickly - and gave good advice. He was professional and very tidy. Scott came round within a couple of hours of calling. I had a leak in the loft and he found the problem and sorted it within 20 minutes. He also removed a dead bird that had got stuck in an outlet pipe. The cost of repairing some items in the water tank and doing some work to a pipe all came in extremely reasonably. Bird removal was free. I will use Scott again and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Very professional and friendly.

We’ve called these poor guys out 3 times in a month when we’ve had destructive leaks ( old building, old infrastructure) . Hospitality business, always late Friday afternoon. Needless to to say they saved our backsides by fixing our problems so we can trade over a busy weekend. Absolutely can’t recommend highly enough, they really do go the extra mile. We used SW2 for our full house renovation ( full heating and boiler system installed including all pipe work, all new hot and cold pipe work, three completely new bathrooms, kitchen and utility plumbed in, and they even worked with our vintage bathroom suite). It’s so hard to find a good/reliable trades person but I cannot fault their service and quality of work. The SW2 team installed a radiator including plumbing in my kitchen, and repaired the boiler including a new expansion vessel and filling loop. The work was carried out efficiently, on time, and to a high standard. Some unexpected issues arose during the installation and were immediately fixed, with parts sourced the same day. Great service! We had a major leak (just before Christmas) in the middle of the night. We called them in the morning and they managed to fit us in within a couple of hours! They fully fixed the leak, and also took time to check the full system and replace some old parts. Great value and fantastic service, will definitely use again.

We had a severe leak which had been leaking overnight.Dean came to our office within 20 minutes and made it safe. I had my new bathroom installed by Stamford Plumbing, I had used them before as they usually service and occasionally fix my ageing boiler! Stamford Plumbing have been servicing my boiler and gas fire for a couple of years now after I terminated my British Gas Homecare agreement as cost had gone up so much. Have also used Stamford Plumbing for a couple of plumbing emergencies. They are excellent! Such wonderful customer service on the phone. They phone back when they say they will and the engineers are always super-polite and professional when they arrive. Appointments are confirmed by text and email which is another plus. Just today they managed to squeeze me in on a very busy day as my heating wasn't working after switching on for first time in five months - thank you!!! Even if they're not able to fit me in immediately, I'd always wait for these guys rather than use someone else if at all possible. I trust them and the quality of their service. Totally recommended and see you next time!

We've been having problems with our heating system for a month or two, and several local companies have tried to fix it, without success. When another fault appeared we decided to give Stamford Plumbing a try, and at last we're sorted! They sent out an engineer the same day, and Matt impressed us. He was professional, calm, efficient and courteous, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Wish we'd used them earlier. I was also very impressed by their front office support, who couldn't have been more helpful. We have now agreed with them that they will do our annual boiler service from now on. Overall, very impressed by their customer service and by the way they identified and fixed our problem. Now a return customer!

They were quick to respond to my slightly naive and unreasonable requirement (a job that needed doing within 48 hours); when Aston arrived (bang on time), he assessed the situation quickly, gave me ample warning of what might be required to fix it, and then got on with it.
