Dave and Matt Bird recently completed full renovation at my mother's new house. From start to finish they were first class - started when they said and were very thorough in everything they did. Stripped out old bathroom tiles and suite and installed new walk-in shower, arranged excellent tiler and coordinated electrician to complete lit cabinet and heated towel rail. Would recommend Andy Bird Plumbing to all.

We’ve called these poor guys out 3 times in a month when we’ve had destructive leaks ( old building, old infrastructure) . Hospitality business, always late Friday afternoon. Needless to to say they saved our backsides by fixing our problems so we can trade over a busy weekend. Absolutely can’t recommend highly enough, they really do go the extra mile. The SW2 team installed a radiator including plumbing in my kitchen, and repaired the boiler including a new expansion vessel and filling loop. The work was carried out efficiently, on time, and to a high standard. Some unexpected issues arose during the installation and were immediately fixed, with parts sourced the same day. I had my new bathroom installed by Stamford Plumbing, I had used them before as they usually service and occasionally fix my ageing boiler! All the work was completed to an excellent standard, it has exceeded my expectations! The project was well managed and the team kept the house clean and tidy. They were always courteous and punctual. Every detail was taken care of and they certainly go the extra mile! Big thanks to Anthony, Howard and Mark.

We've been having problems with our heating system for a month or two, and several local companies have tried to fix it, without success. When another fault appeared we decided to give Stamford Plumbing a try, and at last we're sorted! They sent out an engineer the same day, and Matt impressed us. He was professional, calm, efficient and courteous, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Wish we'd used them earlier. I was also very impressed by their front office support, who couldn't have been more helpful. We have now agreed with them that they will do our annual boiler service from now on. Overall, very impressed by their customer service and by the way they identified and fixed our problem. Now a return customer!

Our profound thanks and gratitude to the team at Justin Wilson Plumbers for sorting out our little drama, the ingredients being, a nail, a picture and a radiator pipe!! Richard in the office was extremely reactive and responsive and arranged for the wonderful Josh to arrive within half an hour. Josh worked fantastically efficiently, was thorough, clean and tidy. He was simply brilliant and we really appreciate his hard work which probably ate into his home time as it was late afternoon. Most appreciated!

Speedy and friendly receptionist and professional and helpful engineer (Kevin). After servicing both our boiler and water cistern he left both job sites clean and tidy. He also gave advice on routine maintenance which is very useful! Highly recommended, will use again.

Great service! We had a major leak (just before Christmas) in the middle of the night. We called them in the morning and they managed to fit us in within a couple of hours! They fully fixed the leak, and also took time to check the full system and replace some old parts. Great value and fantastic service, will definitely use again.

We had a severe leak which had been leaking overnight.Dean came to our office within 20 minutes and made it safe. Ordered the needed parts and was back with us by 9am the following morning to complete the repair. it was done in a friendly helpful manner, very professional and more than satisfied with the service we received.
