Ben and his team were recommended to me from several other people. They were right to! Extremely professional right from the initial enquiry to receiving a quote in super quick time. Swift response from Ben after initially seeking advice. Excellent teamwork during the installation between Mark and Connor, tidy job with emphasis on keeping work areas clean and removing all waste. All round professional install with little fuss, completed and commissioned within a day and a half. Would definitely recommend this company.

Well what can I say!!!our Boiler broke down on us 28th December 23 leaving us without heating and hot water so that was the end of Xmas for us, 😟😩. After ringing numerous plumbers had no joy at all. Then got chatting to a friend of mine who recommended Ben Armstrong, she said he has fitted her new boiler and was absolutely brilliant 😁... I messaged Ben that evening and he was at out property the next day to assess the situation, what a diamond he is 😁😁😁.. Such a lovely friendly person, he ordered a new boiler for us there and then, gave us a price and a date to fit. There he was at the exact time he said he was coming with is mate Connor with all equipment needed. Covered all the floor, got on with the job and was finished at 2pm that same day all neatly fitted, working, cleaned up after them, explained the working of the boiler and the thermostat and said to ring him and ask for any help at all if we needed to, they took away everything with them and nothing was too much trouble and such professional work was done by them, I am So pleased I bumped into my friend that morning who recommended Ben.. I will recommend him to all my friends and family and will keep his number and only use Ben forever now for any plumbing jobs we may need n the future. Thank you Ben and Connor for doing a fabulous job for us 😊. X

I have worked with BCA for quite some time now. They have undertaken a variety of tasks and each time have provided impeccable service from start to finish. Ben's communication is great- he always takes time to explain what's wrong and why a repair or replacement is needed. All emails or calls are responded to in a timely manner. Today we spotted a leak with the pipework on our cylinder. After sharing photos of the problem we had an appointment arranged and quickly got advice to try before the call out. Their advice worked and helped stop any more water damage. Really recommend James and the team, very supportive.

Absolutely lovely! Boiler had stopped working after not being used whilst having some work done. Had a cancellation so arranged to visit a few days early. Brilliant! Sorted the problem very sensibly and cheaply for me (smile). Serviced the boiler and all working now. Really lovely guys and felt very comfortable whilst they were there.

I needed a heating system change in my house. It involved the removal of a conventional system, all new pipes, new combi boiler, gas/boiler location move, and the replacement of every radiator. I was quite anxious about getting this work done because it can lead to a big, expensive mess. Thankfully, it was a great experience from quote to finish. The visible pipework is very clean and aesthetically pleasing, with some intuitive choices, minimising the pipes that are visible. They even repaired the brickwork where the old flue used to be. Stevie and Harley were hardworking, friendly and professional. It's another good example of why you should use a local company, and not a national one that might not care as much about its reputation.

Good plumbers are not easy to find. Duckitt Plumbing provide a great service for my home and also my business premises. They turn up when they say and at the right time. George our plumber provided an excellent service today. He managed to order and replace our towel heater within an hour of arriving at our apartment. Fixing an issue other plumbers we hired couldn't resolve. I would highly recommend Duckitt if you want a fast and reliable service.

Highly delighted with the service I received from Sam. Good manners, considerate of the house (took his shoes off without being asked). Serviced the boiler and fitted a new kitchen tap. He was pleasant, efficient and tidy, and explained everything in depth with great knowledge. The whole process from booking to payment was really professional, transparent and hassle free. Heat at home have just removed a bath and replaced it with a walk in shower. They were very professional and the quality of finish is just superb! My 92 year old father lives here and he is greatly impressed with their high quality level of service, friendly attitude and professionalism 😀 I can highly recommend heat at home, they are not only competitive on price but their service is brilliant! We had a badly leaking main stoptap that another "plumber" had installed less than a month ago. The guys came out really quickly and fixed the problem to a high standard and in really quick time.
